We had a nice room to relax in.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety. Hot items were hot.
The jacuzzi tub was soothing.
Staff easily accommodated change to reservation.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The cardboard cutlery. I don't care for it anywhere.
It would be nice to have a herbal tea option, perhaps it would have been available if I had asked
It would be nice to have a variety of pillow sizes, they were all quite small, but okay.

If you have a problem, don’t expect a result
Pros:

The lady who helped me with my problem, who was the night manager was exceptional. Despite her efforts to help me, the emails that I have sent and phone calls I have made went unanswered.

Cons:

There was a terrible smell in my room from the chlorine in the pool. I was on the second floor above the pool and yet the smell seeped into my room. Even though I had the window opened I woke up with a headache. No resolution made from the property.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

Like the breakfast was decent and the staff were pleasant

Cons:

I did not like that our room was right beside a back exit that said was for emergency exit only but people kept going in and out of it and kept slamming the door at all times of the night waking me up and barely got any sleep cause of this, I was ready to go out and start yelling at people that were going in and out

Overpriced for a sunken mattress
Pros:

The breakfast staff were amazing as were the rest of the staff

Cons:

The price was way overpriced and the $250 incidental charge was way too much for this location. The room was plain and outdated. The mattress was visibly sunk in and we had a terrible sleep for $205, ( I paid for a queen bed with a pull out couch) not worth the price or the hold on my credit card.

Wouldn’t stay again , disappointed that when I complained about things no discount was given or concern about problems
Pros:

Good continental breakfast and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was very damp everywhere and the bath tub plug was gross .
