We enjoyed ourselves!
Pros:

It was a half block away from a great little saloon called Venenosa where the staff was excellent and the beer was cheap- good music. Coffee available in the lobby.

Cons:

We needed a room change because our first room had no window, and you had to go out if it to change your mind.

at reception no one speaks english.
we asked for an hair drier and they said they didn’t have one. so I asked for two extra towel (because in the room my husband and I had only one for the both of us) and they said they could give me only one towel.

Por una noche estuve en el hotel y había telarañas en la habitación y las sábanas no se notaban del todo limpias. Se escuchaban ruidos en instalaciones de plomeria. Fuera de esto, no hay otro inconveniente.

La estancia fue agradable el personal muy amable y atento... Solo que al momento de pagar la reservación no tenían datos algunos de que realice la reservación vía página de expedia. Com por lo que no me respetaron el costo de lo que yo reserve.

Opción económica para pasar la noche en Tuxtla
Pros:

Cubrió nuestra necesidad básica de pasar la noche y asearnos previo a nuestro regreso a Guadalajara, aunque tuvimos que pagar otra habitación para ello (sencilla) pues teníamos vuelo a las 17:30 horas. La recepcionista (Cecilia) turno vespertino muy amable y con toda la disposición de apoyar, al igual que el gerente, no así la recepcionista del turno matutino. Podría mejorar la actitud y mostrarse más dispuestos en atención al turista, por lo demás el servicio y condiciones del hotel van de acuerdo al precio. Recomendable si solo van a pasar la noche; poco accesible para personas mayores o con problemas articulares ya que no hay elevador. No tiene servicio de restaurante.
