Great stay. We stay here at least 2x a year (sometimes 3)
Pros:

we like to cook our meals. We have a lot of allergies and the rooms are easy to fix something light. The rooms are spacious

Off season rates were very reasonable.
Pros:

A block away from the boardwalk. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. These are little suites unlike the big chain motels. Old building but well maintained.

Cons:

The mattress was a little old but not real bad.

Stayed for several years for weekend and never had a bad experience.
Pros:

Rooms always clean, great location, saltwater pool is very warm . Lots of towels in the room.
