Location. Staff. Cleanliness. Room comfort roof deck

Cons:

The sliding door was screwed shut. No way to get fresh air. I understand it would be a safety hazard since not really a balcony.

Pros:

Location was decent. Like having the suite with additional room.

Cons:

Did not offer breakfast or wine/cheese hour as most of the equally priced hotels offer. Reception was not very helpful. Rooms did not get very cool. Cost more that comparable hotels

This is 3rd stay because of location, indoor pool and suite-type room good for teens and grandparent stays.
Pros:

great location, clean indoor pool, suite-type room good for 2 adults and 2 kids, helpful staff

Cons:

wish the beds were queen size not double as 2 adults slept in double while 1 teen took sofabed and 1 child took other double

Excellent location, walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Clean, comfortable suites.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach. Comfortable, clean suites with separate living area.Staff called us ahead of check-in time when our room was ready.

Cons:

Convenient underground garage (but designed for an earlier age) was a challenge with narrow parking spaces for standard size SUVs.

I would stay again hoping the pool issue was a fluke.
Pros:

Loved the location, rooms clean and well stocked with toiletries.

Cons:

The reason I switched hotels last minute was due to rain all week so I wanted an indoor pool; the pool disappointed. It was really dirty water.

The room and amenities were good and comfortable.

Cons:

The customer service was not very welcoming. I contacted over the phone and received a bad response from the reception desk. They need to improve their communications with the guests both in person and over the phone.

Pros:

We will be frequent visitors, booking with Brighton 🌞 ☀️ suites! I loved it! Much needed away time, relaxed, swam, tanned walked right up to the beach to lay, relax,tan,eat,shop. Everything was perfect!
