Harbor Breeze Villas

Parking was easy and secure, property is far out from shops but the hotel has everything you need. A shop and nice restaurant, a pool and beach access, so if you wanted to stay on property you can. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning.

The property was not busy and the staff were very attentive. There were no concerns to note. A very nice Resort for total relaxation.

Beautiful property with stunning views. We were very warmly welcomed and given immediate access to our room. A full-time bellmen is required to assist guests with taking luggage to upstairs units. In addition, house keeping needs to check in daily to replenish coffee, condiments, etc. Food at the restaurant was average.

I had a great experience at harbor breeze resort! Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this resort an I surly will be back!

Harbor Breeze Resort is an absolutely beautiful place. It’s the perfect place for a getaway.
I loved everything about this resort.
I especially like that every balcony had an unobstructed view of the sea.
The Staff were friendly and helpful the food was delicious. The garden was well maintained.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Love Long Island. If you need to be entertained or fancy restaurants it’s not for you

No soap dish in bathroom
Face bowl counter too small

The property was easy to find. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and the food was heavenly. The chicken souse took my breath away this morning. I would definitely stay here again!

I love how the prices were so affrodable in th gift shop and on the property. We were able to rent a car there as well

Great place to stay in Clarence Town. Great views, nice pool, great restaurant. Easy parking, convenience store in lobby area.

We surprised my dad with a trip home for his birthday recently. I travelled with him and decided we would stay at Harbour Breeze. The property is beautiful and gave me the feeling of R&R I needed. It gave serene and peaceful. I kind of wished we had a better view of the ocean but I was also grateful that my dad didn’t have to climb too many steps to get to the room or walk very far to get to the car. My dad was just happy to be home on Long Island, but was impressed with the property as well.

The staff was helpful and even alerted us one evening that we left the light on in the car. That was much appreciated!

Because this was the first time in a few years that either of us had been back to the island, we spent most of our time out visiting and eating with family, but I will be back for my next trip to Long Island and I intend to try the restaurant there and other amenities.

I hope the property stays as clean and as peaceful as it is now!

It was nice and quiet and the atmosphere was beautiful

Harbour View Villas is the ideal place to stay on Long Island. It’s clean, the staff is responsive and the villas are clean

I give it 5 stars but the would be travel you have to understand and appreciate Long Island for what it is, to me it’s heaven but if you expect to be pampered, drive a brand new rental and smooth roads you may want to look elsewhere

The island is safe, the locals are hard working caring people

If you chose to come , stop in a local bar and buy a round or just sit at the bar and strike up a conversation. You will leave richer than when you arrived

Awesome place nice rooms great area great beach. Kayak's paddle boards and other equipment all good. Really Poorly managed no check in, we luckily found our room. Booked partial ocean view had no view. Hotel type room they never cleaned it. Internet and Tv didn’t work for a few days no communication from management.

Very nice! It was so peaceful and serene. You can't beat that Long Island breeze, it was felt amazing! I was drawn to sitting out on the balcony for the breeze and the view. I can't wait until the next trip!
