Will recommend to anyone looking for convenience and affordable accommodation.
Pros:

The breakfast is reasonable and was good. The location is very convenient to Karon Beach and close to good restaurants that served delicious Thai food. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hodně místa, super lokalita, pohodlné postele a příjemný personál

Cons:

Trochu nás rušil hluk z ulice, přímo před domem je živá hudba, ale zvykli jsme si. V naší koupelně nebyla nejlépe vymyšlená sprcha.

Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Zimmer gibt es viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Bad ist groß. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau hat sie einen kleinen Kuchen als Präsent bekommen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock. Die Treppe ist etwas eng und die Stufen zu hoch.

L'Hotel e' ubicato in una delle strade principali a Karon beach, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Karon.
Lo staff e' stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci con le nostre richieste.

Cons:

La stanza era molto umida, c'era odore di muffa e le lenzuola non erano proprio pulite con numerose macchie.
L'hotel si trova di fronte a numerosi locali che suonano fino a tarda notte cio' rende molto difficile dormire sopratutto se la camera si affaccia proprio sulla strada. Sarebbe opportuno avvisare o mettere in risalto questo aspetto durante la prenotazione. Lo staff e' stato gentile a cambiarci camera, ma la musica era ancora udibile.
Essendo le camere ubicate sopra il ristorante, si sente parecchio rumore (sistema di areazione, pompa dell'acqua) specialmente la mattina all'apertura (06:30). Tutto questo non ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole.

El personal, en especial Phillips que hizo de todo por ayudarnos en todo momento, a reservar traslados, a darnos información, etc. La habitación aunque hay que subir escaleras era muy amplia y el baño también, el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla. Todos los camareros muy amables y profesionales.
