Pros:

C'era tutto l'essenziale. 1 acqua a testa ogni giorno. Servizio di pulizie giornaliero. Aria condizionata. Frigo. Bollitore. Considerando il quartiere temevo di trovare degli scarafaggi in camera ma invece no. Penso che sia gestito bene.

Cons:

La struttura è quella che è. Non c'è una hall perché in realtà è un negozio di affitto motorini. Sono 5 piani senza ascensore. C'è un hotel boutique nella stessa via con lo stesso indirizzo. Non bisogna confondersi. Purtroppo il prezzo era molto più alto del normale perché era durante le festività. Il letto era piccolo, in una nicchia larga esattamente quanto il letto. La struttura è in una via dove c'è rumore fino a tardi e molto presto. Hanoi non dorme mai.

Pros:

The location is good ; was here few months ago; I got a very good double room but this time I really got cheated

Cons:

I booked a double room but instead got standard double room ; staff at hotel really cheated me and the amount I paid ; why the owner earns this kind of money; you people won’t prosper if keep on doing this

Recommend. Clean , simple, great location, worth money
Pros:

This place is right at the heart of Old Quarter, great location. Stuff is very helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and has hot water. I enjoyed my stay for the money I payed to stay right at Old Quarter

Pros:

I spent a few days at this hotel and loved everything about it. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, and they didn't provide complimentary water. Overall, a great stay!

One of my favourite accomodations in all of Vietnam!
Pros:

I cannot believe, I almost didnt book it due to some of the reviews here. It is basic (this is, what you book), but:

- clean, bright (window) and spacious room with fridge, hairdryer, kettle
- hot shower
- super helpful staff
- location

for a more than fair price!
