Pros:

The location of the hotel was brilliant, everything was within walking distance with so many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were so lovely and very friendly, always willing to help.

Cons:

The room lacked certain basic things like an iron, we had to wait a whole day for an iron because house keeping/laundry is not on site. We had to ask for coffee from reception but was expected to pay £3 for milk. Other than these, we had a lovely stay and the staff were awesome 👌

Cons:

Lokalizacja - bardzo głośno od startujacych samolotów od 5 rano do 1 w nocy. Nieszczelne okna i świst wiatru w nocy. Brak czajnika w pokoju (doniesiony przez personel) oraz popsuta suszarka do włosów. Monotonne posiłki.

Pros:

Très agréable en arrivant à l'accueil, on a toutes les réponses aux questions.
Chambre spacieuse au 5ième étage et grande. Une restauration très bonne sous forme de buffet, de même pour le petit déjeuner. Un hôtel où on se sent bien ! C'est ici que nous retournerons pour continuer de visiter Lisbonne. Bravo au personnel.

Cons:

L'extérieur ne reflète pas l'intérieur. Gros bloc de béton sans intérêt.
