A small, botique hotel. Great location, good food.
Pros:

Location, very near Botanical Gardens.
Staff wer3 very polite and extremely attentive, particularly regarding my food allergies. I have never experienced such care in another hotel.

Cons:

It wasn’t obvious from marketing that it was in the middle of a University accommodation campus.
Our room was above the kitchen extractor fans which were noisy when the window was open.

Very comfortable & good value
Pros:

Very clean and in a quiet area away from main roads. Staff were polite , helpful & Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

One minor thing was reception staff wearing jewellery in /around mouth. Made it difficult to understand what they were saying.

Pros:

Room was clean and dry but small

Cons:

Was surprised at the quality of the room for the price charged. Was £225 a night, quality was more £80 a night. Terrible value.

Pros:

Breakfast offered an excellent continental breakfast and a really good choice of cooked breakfasts. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to stop
