We like the location and that there is a restaurant on the site. The breakfast was good. There were also local restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

For us the bed was too firm, so did not sleep well.

Comfortable, quiet and very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast too!

Cons:

Email booking didn’t work - and a message I left to tell about late arrival went unreported too - some IT glitch maybe? Wi fi not good. But staff did best to relink to their event and conference systems; staff sometimes not at reception desk to raise parking barriers

Pros:

Lovely choice of breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Efficient shower. Helpful staff. Great location.

The room was a little small. There is not much space for luggage.

Hotel location was good for what we were due to do and walking distance to eccleshall road and its restaurants cafes and bars

Cons:

The breakfast gluten free cereals had changed from schar in 2023 to freee in 2026, freee cereal being like cardboard with milk making no difference. A contrast to the lovely toasted GF bacon sandwich.
