Great location excellent facilities
Pros:

We liked everything, the service was excellent and the room and facilities lovely. Breakfast superb will definitely stay here again if we come to Sheffield

Cons:

I guess the only thing missing was a lift. One of us had a calf strain and it was awkward to get up and down the stairs. We didnt see a lift but doesn't mean there wasn't one?

We’ve stayed before and had a good stay but this time it was a little disappointing
Pros:

Great location and lovely garden surroundings

Cons:

Room was too small as a double. No air conditioning during a heat wave. We asked for a fan however and one was given to us which we used throughout. Very poor ventilation and window not sufficient to allow air to flow freely. Didn’t make for a great sleep.

Good hotel, difficult to access building due to lots of steps outside. Better road signs needed to avoid this.
Pros:

Easy to find and good location. Quiet and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. Contacted the team before staying to advise that we needed ground floor room due to mobility issues, and was given accesible room which was great and room met our requirements.

Cons:

No instructions given regarding gaining assess to the building avoiding the many steps outside. It turns out that there is road access that leads you to the ramp into reception, but this is not signposted anywhere. The road signs direct you to car park meaning access to reception is via these steps. There is no obvious blue badge parking, or it there is, it wasn’t clearly signposted.

Pros:

Shower was spacious. Room big enough.
Cooked breakfast was nice, but could have had more cereal choice.

Cons:

Room was too hot. Couldn't open window much at all to cool down. Plus the room smelled of smoke. I had wanted to ask for a new room, but didn't have the time.
