Location, very near Botanical Gardens.
Staff wer3 very polite and extremely attentive, particularly regarding my food allergies. I have never experienced such care in another hotel.
It wasn’t obvious from marketing that it was in the middle of a University accommodation campus.
Our room was above the kitchen extractor fans which were noisy when the window was open.
Room was small
Good size room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.
Good location
Room small and very hot, quite noisy as above the bar area and a 90th birthday in progress.
