Pros:

We are from New Zealand, and this was our first night in Slovenia. We were greeted by a young gentleman who was polite, very helpful for the night, and was a fantastic host. Unfortunately we can't recall his name to thank him personally. He and other staff were always attentive and helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable, which was appreciated after a long drive.
The food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious, with more than generous portions (we couldn't finish our plates). Breakfast in the morning was fresh and very tasty, with plenty of variety.
We highly recommend staying here for the wonderful staff alone, let alone the facilities.

Cons:

We wished we'd stayed longer, as the people in the hotel and local community were all friendly and welcoming.

Tutto bene, location comoda e prezzi ottimi.
Pros:

Ho prenotato con colazione e cena inclusa, e devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Per la cena abbiamo dovuto scegliere i piatti da un ampio menu (che mi hanno mandato via mail la settimana precedente) mentre la colazione é a buffet.

Cons:

C'era un po' di musica di notte, ma si riusciva comunque a dormire senza grossi problemi. É presente una sala riunioni, ma non si puó utilizzare senza essersi accordati in anticipo, nemmeno se nessuno la sta utilizzando.

Dieses Hotel nie wieder. Wenn nochmal in dieser Hotel-Kette, dann zummindest in Škofije.
Pros:

- Die Preise (Zimmer/Essen) waren grundsätzlich ok.
- Die ist die Entfernung zu Triest ist ok. Man muss jedoch mit einigen Mituten Fahrzeit extra planen.

Cons:

- Sehr unaufmerksames und wenig motiviertes Personal. Auf meiner Rechnung waren sehr viele Rechtschreibfehler – und das trotz Aushändigung einer Visitenkarte. Außerdem wurde mehrfach vergessen, diese überhaupt zu drucken. Auch das Restaurantpersonal ließ es an Professionalität missen. Ab dem zweiten Abend ging ich in ein externes Restaurant.

- Die Zimmersauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppichboden hatte viele Flecken, und generell war es sehr staubig im Zimmer. Als ich das bereitgestellte Handtuch, das auf das Bett gelegt wurde, aufhob, lag darunter ein großer Staubfussel.

- Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich schalldicht. Man hört alles, was auf dem Gang passiert.

Normalerweise hätte ich sofort wieder ausgecheckt, hätte ich dort längere Zeit verbringen sollen. Da es nur zwei Nächte waren, habe darüber hinweg geblickt.
Ich habe bereits in einem der Hotels dieser Kette übernachtet, wenn mein Stammhotel keinen Platz mehr hatte. Das war in Škofije. Dort war ich die Male sehr zufrieden. Deshalb verstehe ich nicht, wie die Qualität von einem Standort zum anderen so dermaßen abfallen kann. Ich werde das Hotel in Kozina definitiv in Zukunft meiden.
