Très bon séjour
Pros:

Appartement spacieux, propre, situé à proximité des transports en commun dans un quartier calme, le centre historique est accessible à pied en 10-15 mn (piazza San Marco et piazza Castello notamment)
Bonne literie, cuisine fonctionnelle (manque juste une cafetière électrique)
Personnel gentil et très serviable

Un lieu paisible au cœur de l'animation
Pros:

l'Apart Hotel se trouve dans un quartier dynamique et occupe deux étage d'un immeuble résidentiel.
Notre chambre, située côté cour, était parfaitement calme. La propreté des lieux était impeccable et le lit très confortable.
Nous avons apprécié le ménage de milieu de séjour (pour 5 jours sur place).
Globalement, les équipements sont fonctionnels et bien entretenus.

Cons:

L'agencement manque de convivialité : les appartements se succèdent le long d'un couloir étroit, sans aucun espace commun. Côté décoration, on déplore l'absence d’identité locale: on y retrouve une esthétique "standard", agrémentée d'objets aux motifs américains assez impersonnels. La vue, quant à elle, donne sur une cour intérieure bétonnée sans grand intérêt.
Côté cuisine : le strict minimum est fourni (3 couverts, 3 plats, etc, mais aucun produits de base (sel, sucre, huile). L'absence d'un petit panier de bienvenue rend l'arrivée un peu austère. Dans la chambre, seulement la moitié de l'armoire était à disposition, l'autre moitié fermée à clef. Un tiroir était cassé.
La réception n'est ouvert que quelques heures dans l'après-midi, une question posée à l'adresse de contact affiché dans l'hôtel à propos du dépôt des clefs et restée sans réponse.

We loved these apartments, close to everything you need and very comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

Really close to the train station, really good facilities and very comfortable.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper you may find that you can hear noise from the streets below but I feel this is to be expected in a busy city.
