Service speed in the restaurant. In the afternoon, the restaurant should offer small dishes that can be served quicky. There could also be more gluten-free options.

Strangely enough out of 15 properties we stayed on our trip to India, the comfort of their beds really stood out and we had the best nights sleep! The property itself is beautiful, especially in the evening when the fort is lit up. Beautiful property!
Amazing, gorgeous property. Unique. Fabulous design aesthetic. Standout serivce - and a special shoutout to the wonderful Prahlad in the restuarant who went out of the way to make us feel extra special. The property is so well-located with stunning views of the fort - which is the main highlight of Jodhpur.
Our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. Our balcony had an incredible view.
The food was really good. Again the service was a real standout.
In fact, we cacelled our last day of tentative sightseeing plans so we could stay back and enjoy the property. I don't think I will want to stay anywhere else in Jodhpur.
The shower in our room was great, but the water didn't drain fully and therefore some some wetness that should not have been there accumulated. Also the plug point near my bedside seemed to have a loose connection. But frankly, these were all very minor - the room was amazing overall.
Due to the mosque nearby and the city with loud music it can get a bit noisy on occasion. But it was for short periods and didn't bother me.
There is very little not to like of RAAS Jodhpur. both inside and outside the room.
We stayed in 2 room type across 2 nights - and even in this smaller room type, it was exceptionally well designed, beautifully light up and appointed with so many of design cue reflected from the overall hotel and the grander heritage room that we stayed at in the first night. the sliding stone screen in this room is a marvel of both esthetics and engineering.
The wonder of the hotel starts from our interaction with their staff on booking.com - they are both helpful and responsive for us. We arrive at the hotel and all the front desk staff needs ZERO explaining of our booking and slightly complicated arrangement. We were gently ushered thru the hotel and the peak hour check in traffic, just the right amount of hotel tour and get thru the paper work required pleasantly. The room change also executed with no explaination on our part required and it was super kind that they put my little snack that need refrigeration back in the fridge, laundry send to our new room, they give us the new key when we return from our activity of the day. all effortless.
the restaurant was delicious and service effortless. The staff just seamlessly know just the right things of what we need / want just like if you are home at your own palace. and all of these perfection are while they are having a full house and VIP visiting the hotel and the chaos ensures.
This is prob my best personal warm transparent low key lux experience that I have experienced and the only place that came close is Aman.
there are a few flights of stairs to climb for my particular set of rooms, let the hotel know if that's a barrier for you. The photos of the hotel on their website and the booking sites does not do the hotel or their room justice.
