Отличное место расположения отеля, рядом с главной площадью Алла ТОО, 15 минут пешком. Большой бассейн с теплой водой, прогретая сауна, огромный тв в спа. Площадь номера очень большая,все просторное.
А теперь о минусах. Питьевая вода в спа в кулере ужасного качества, застоявшаяся и нефильтрованная. После сауны я выпил стакан этой воды и меня накрыла диарея на два дня. После этого , не мог уснуть всю ночь, бегал в туалет и не смог пойти на завтрак. Срочно поменяйте воду в кулере Спа центра. Иначе, другие постояльцы отеля также отравятся.

Очень удобная локация, отель чистый, уютный. Постель чистая, матрац удобный, спалось очень хорошо на нем. Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный. Бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера в связи с наличием свободного люкса. Интернет работает без перебоев,
Завтрак был включен. Не плохой. Есть парковка вдоль дороги. Отличный вариант если на машине.
Остались очень довольны проживанием в этом отеле! 😊 У отеля отличное расположение — всё удобно и находится в шаговой доступности. Завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразные и сытные, каждое утро начиналось с приятного настроения. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все очень приветливые, вежливые и внимательные, всегда готовы помочь и сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. В отеле приятная атмосфера, чистота и уют. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и с радостью рекомендуем этот отель другим! 🌟

A Huge Disappointment – Lack of Transparency and Unacceptable Customer Service!
I specifically chose and booked this hotel for a few days to enjoy its facilities, particularly the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. These amenities were one of the main reasons I selected this hotel.
To my great surprise, it was only upon arrival that I was informed that the swimming pool and sauna were closed for several days! There was absolutely no prior warning, no notification during the booking process, and no mention of these closures on Booking.com.
I find this completely unacceptable. When a hotel advertises certain facilities to attract guests, the very least it should do is inform customers when those facilities are unavailable, allowing them to make an informed decision before booking.
I submitted a formal complaint through Booking.com, providing photos and supporting evidence. Booking.com contacted the hotel to negotiate a solution. However, despite the evidence, the hotel refused to offer any compensation whatsoever. Not even the slightest goodwill gesture.
In the end, it was Booking.com that stepped in and offered me compensation. The amount may have been modest, but at least they acknowledged the situation and made an effort. The hotel, on the other hand, refused to take any responsibility.
What bothers me most is not simply the closure of the facilities, but the complete lack of transparency, honesty, and respect for paying guests. I consider this attitude deeply dishonest and extremely unprofessional.
Regardless of any positive aspects the hotel may have, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the establishment.
A hotel that fails to inform guests about the closure of its main facilities and then refuses to take responsibility or offer any compensation seriously undermines its own credibility and trustworthiness.
Extremely disappointing.
The breakfast is good, and the service from the waiters is excellent!
The restaurant is very cozy and nice.
the SPA area is large, swimming pool, sauna and gym.

The Plaza Hotel has been a wonderful stay for me. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, they were very helpful with finding a room higher up as I requested which also led to me getting an upgrade : )

The hotel itself is nice but when I turned up in the early hours they said they didn’t have my room available due to a “technical issue” and told me to walk down the street to another hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable.
One room was ready straight away, the other room wasn’t ready till 9 p.m., due to a broken bathroom door, that was still broken at 9 p.m. anyway.
Не понравилось как убирали комнаты, персонал на жалобы не реагировал, в номерах была проблема с кондиционерами WiFi работал ужасно
