Secara keseluruhan ok, hanya beberapa kekurangan yang saya tulis diatas. Tapi tidak cocok membawa nama Swiss-bell

- kamar luas
- tempat tidur besar (twin digabung, lebar jadi lebih 2m)
- staf ramah

Cons:

- bantal terlalu gembung dan tinggi
- handuk hanya: 2 handuk mandi dan 1 handuk lamtai. Tidak ada handuk westafel ataupun handuk muka
- tidak tersedia pena dan kertas
- ac kurang dingin

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall, though the slow Wi-Fi was a noticeable drawback.

The hotel provided an good experience from start to finish, with warm and professional staff ensuring a seamless check-in and attentive service throughout the stay, while the spacious and elegantly designed rooms offered a comfort with plush bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep; facilities such as the swimming pool, relaxing spa, well-equipped fitness center, and the location proved ideal—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and safe transport options—making the stay both practical and enjoyable.

Cons:

the slow Wi-Fi; despite being advertised as high-speed, the connection often lagged, making it difficult to stream, join video calls, or even browse smoothly, which was frustrating for both leisure and business purposes—an area that definitely needs improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the property.

Pros:

Visit for 5 nights for business trip.
Nice hotels, ask for non smoking room but got smoking room (left), got only one room access card and chiller not works. But in overall it's a good and clean room.
