Room was clean staff was friendly. There was a lot of things to do within the hotel.

Everything was perfect, from check in to leaving. The room was spotless, service excellent and water park was so much fun!!, easy to navigate. Had an amazing time.

My family really enjoyed the waterpark & all the extra things for kids to do. I like the overall safety since my husband wasn’t able to go this time. It will definitely be a place I would return to in the future!!! Exceptional 😁

Quaint Lodge. Food was very good and I love the coffee stations on every floor. Highly recommend. The waterpark was amazing!

Room and hotel were great, the restaurant inside Olgas kitchen or whatever it’s called was the worst!!!!! Cold breakfast, TERRIBLE quality (I can’t stress how terrible the quality was, it’s pretty much the food left over and slightly warmed up in the microwave)

Despite having the water park attached to the hotel, the place was quiet. A very large hotel and it is easy to get lost in the building. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I didn't use the pool, but the place is within walking distance of stores! I highly recommend going there.

The pool was nice to the hot tubs were great. The fun center was excellent. The rooms and facilitie was very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice

This hotel is quite frankly incredible. The impressiveness of the hotel as a whole and the grounds is something else. Attention to detail, the immaculate upkeep, beautiful grounds and extremely clean room made for an even better stay. I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever seen such a clean and well cared for hotel from top to bottom. Not a spec of dust in the rooms, not even the light switches and not a spec of lime scale in the shower or sinks. I was a bit worried at first because the pictures looked a bit dated but the condition was pristine and to be honest better than many two year old upscale hotels. It’s was a really cozy atmosphere.
The staff are all extremely friendly, the food was great. We will definitely be back.

Properties not easy to get around. One elevator was not working. Our check in was 4 we were not even not that it was ready until after 4 . And no apology. Signage was difficult to understand. Many people were walking around confused

I payed for a king suite with whirlpool tub. All the water pressure was horrible in the sinks shower and whirlpool tub. The shower wasn’t draining correctly and the cold water didn’t work in the shower. It was near impossible to control the water temp in the whirlpool tub. Waste of my money because we did not even us it. The parking situation is ridiculous. There should be sepearafe parking the people who pay for rooms and for people who are only visiting the water park. It wa impossible to find a parking spot anywhere near where the hotel guests needed to enter and exit the building. We lost cable tv for hours on Monday night

Refresh of carpet and other items normally upgraded frequently. These look ancient! AC wasn't working! Thetly fixed it but why waste my time coordinating? Room wasn't cleaned as promised. Will pick Holiday Inn next time. Good place for kids with play things to do. Expedia deleted my reservation. A mystery of how much I paid. My wife and I experienced discrimination at one local restaurant. Our idea of camping is Wynn Tower Suites. We heard whole area is owned by one family...seemed to be somewhat a cultish feeling there...will never return.
