Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The other guests were very rude but this was not the hotels fault. The bathroom door seemed to get stuck and needed repair I did let the front desk know.

Pros:

We had an unexpected health issue arise in the water park. The associate Page went above and beyond to provide care and concern for my son. It was so appreciated and demonstrated incredible kindness.

Cons:

The parking for overnight guests should be improved. The day visitors to the water park should be in a separate area.

Staff was friendly, we got a good price and everything was clean
We always get pizza from ratskell which was delicious.
Kids had fun fun fun.

Cons:

Rollaeay bed that was requested a week prior to our stay didnt get delivered to the room until 1100pm and only after 1 call and to personal requests.

We loved everything
Pros:

The property and surrounding area are stunning. We loved the waterpark and arcade and we had a blast!
