It was pleasant but not worth what we payed
Pros:

We have stayed a Bavarian inn before but this time the water park seem dirty. There was a bandaid and things floating in the lazy river and it seems like the wave pool both had not been vacuumed in a long time. The toilet in our room seems very lose like it would come off the wall. It cost 150 for room service breakfast. The food at pool is not good. Parents allowing toddlers to jump off the hot tub area and splash you while your trying to relax. Also kid’s screaming in hot tub area outside. That should not be a play area for kids and seems dangerous to be jumping with the seated edges. The place is getting run down.

Cons:

Cleaner water in parks, life guards or kids limited in out side hot tub(12 and over maybe?) better tasting food. Update rooms?

Pros:

hot tub, pool for adults. Octoberfest was great! Not Germany, but great! Front desk was helpful. Free parking! love that.

Cons:

Restaurant food good. I make better German food at home, but that's me. A bit touristy, but not too bad. Close to everything.

Great staff, not so great room, prices far too high.
Pros:

Everything within walking distance, fun for kids.

Cons:

Couldn't check in until 4, park closes at 8. The people in the adjoining room were incredibly loud until 1230am. We usually come every year but I don't think we'll return for a while.

Pros:

Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool area for adults. The game room is exciting. I enjoyed the Lorelei lounge in the entertainment there.

Cons:

I don't like that you don't have white zinfandel at the lodge but you do it the restaurant. That needs to be fixed. Also you need to have a floor that is for adults only so no children are running up and down the whole screaming in the middle of the night like we had.

Older than expected but we would stay here again
Pros:

We enjoyed the variety of pools and the restaurant in the basement. We purchased both dinner and breakfast. The food was good with a good servings size while being reasonably priced. There were several pools and 2 slides. We also received tickets for the attached Water Park (separate from the pools in the basement). Which made the Inn very reasonably priced (tickets + hotel)
The attached water park included, 4 largish slides, and multiple smaller ones, a lazy river, a children's play area, an indoor hot tub that connected to the outdoor one, multiple seating and clean changing rooms .
If we are in the area, we would consider staying here again.

Cons:

The room was older but fine for use. The sink was outside of the bathroom area. The layout of the building was somewhat confusing. It appeared as if parts had been added on. We had to go down various halls to find where we were going and go lost multiple times.
The basement included lots of activities but it was easy to get disoriented as to where you are and where you wanted to go
