Feels like being in a fairy tail. The gardens are stunning

Pros:

Der var ikke så meget at vælge mellem til morgenmad, men det der var , var okay. Det gjorde ikke noget for alt det andet, beliggenhed, service, forkælelse, overskyggede det med morgenmaden.
Og værtinden var fantastisk. Vi havde det dejligste ophold og har allerede anbefalet det til familie og venner

Rien qui était de leur ressort puis que notre chambre était petite. C’était à nous de faire un autre choix de chambre.

Pros:

Leider ganz wenig. Unser Bett auf Zimmer 9 war gut. Man hat uns ermöglicht E Bikes zu laden.

Cons:

Das Haus ist kein Hotel sondern ein vor sehr langer Zeit umgebautes Privathaus, was auch zwischenzeitlich als Jugendherberge genutzt wurde. Die Besitzerin bemüht sich mit großer Freundlichkeit, die vielen Unzulänglichkeiten weg zu lächeln. Wir zahlen 280€ pro Nacht bei insgesamt 2 Nächten und der Gegenwert ist leider überhaupt nicht gegeben, die Hälfte wäre angemessen.

Da ist auch das Preisniveau in DK keine Entschuldigung, die Besitzer versuchen offensichtlich, ihre gewohnten Preisansprüche aus San Francisco zu erzielen.

Hier noch etwas Substanz: Dusche, WC und Waschbecken sind auf gut einem Quadratmeter untergebracht, sogar ein Wohnmobil ist komfortabler. Immerhin geht die Tür nach außen auf. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher zu trocknen, auch nicht das Bad an sich trockenzulegen. Es ist kalt im Haus, feucht und so hellhörig wie selten erlebt. Mobiliar ist -ähnlich wie das ganze Haus- hoffnungslos.
Kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.

Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft so geschockt, dass wir eigentlich abreisen wollten wenn etwas anderes in der Umgebung zur Verfügung stehen würde. Auch das Café und das Restaurant sind so überteuert, dass wir darauf verzichtet haben dort zu essen. 2 Tassen Filterkaffee in der Früh 10€.

Es klingt traurig, aber wir bemitleiden die neuen Inhaber eigentlich für ihren Kauf des Hotels, was keines ist. Die Investition ging ins Unermessliche, um etwas Gutes aus dem Haus zu machen und das zahlt sich garantiert nicht aus.
Hätten ich vorher die Beurteilungen gelesen, wäre mir dieser Buchungs-Fehler nicht passiert, selber schuld🤷‍♂️

Pros:

omgivelserne var smukke, men det regnede hele tiden så vi fik ikke meget ud af det.

Cons:

Bad var for lille og der var ikke hårtørre, det en værelse var meget lille og sengen var ikke god følte at man faldt ud til den ene side. Der var heller ikke rigtig rent.

The location made the stay worthwhile, not the "hotel" itself. Not sure we will go there again.

The location is fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast was poorly planned - we had to wait 20 minutes for bread. Same dinner menu both evenings, with only two options. The dishes were left on the tables until next morning. The cleaning is not very good overall. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, many years ago, and we are sad to say that it is not as it used to be. It would really benefit from refurbishing and a fresh start!
