Pool views and breakfast excellent, otherwise money grabbing Instagram famous hotel!

The wellness area, pools and views were amazing. Breakfast was unbelievable.

Cons:

From the second we arrived in the car park, a young male staff member insisted on parking our car even though we already had it parked. He then kept asking for tips, this was before we even entered the hotel. The same guy continued to ask us for tips throughout our stay even after we gave him €20.
Our room was extremely disappointing, it didn’t match the hotel interiors at all and we paid big money for this. The lighting was so bad in the room, I had to turn on my light on my phone to get stuff out of the bag.

Not worth the price, it’s a photogenic made for Instagram kinda hotel

This is a very Instagrammable hotel. Nice pool with views. Spacious room. Good stopover location on drive from The Dolomites to St Moritz.

Cons:

It does not justify the price tag of €781 a night. It’s not located in a nice tourist hotspot area nor in a secluded peaceful area, it’s located in the middle of nowhere right on the side of a main road which was noisy. It’s a very photogenic hotel, but it’s not the comfortable level I would expect. They also play loud music daily during the evening which kill the peacefulness. The room layout is a bit odd, feels like it’s made for social media. The pool is closed at 7pm sharp. The sun not even set yet in the summer, but they have an off hour reservation for private experiences which I were not aware of. The dinner was mediocre. Everything on the too salty side. The red prawn from Sicily didn’t thaw from freezer well, it feels spongy. Breakfast is also for show, with pastry trolley. Theres no buffet, it’s to be ordered from menu, it’s not that bad, but I’m not exactly happy either. There’s alpaca in the hotel which I thought it will walk roaming around during breakfast , but no. It’s kept in their area, and at certain times, guests can book private experiences (like breakfast with alpacas) which I also were not aware of. I heard they let them roam mid-day, but this is not the resort I wanted to spend my entire holiday in. So I left after breakfast. Last but not least, the valet guy parked my car on the side of the road, and left the key inside the car, and the car is unlocked for the entire night!!! Unbelievable!!! Luckily this is the dolomites, not major cities. No more for me. I would say had it cost €250-€350 it could justify what it is, but never in the €700+ range.

Soggiorno rigenerante 10 e lode torneremo quanto prima

La nostra terza volta allo chalet!! Ma qui il tempo passa troppo in fretta ritorneremo il prima possibile lo staff è eccezionale all’arrivo ottima accoglienza Giada al parking alla reception accontentano ogni tua richiesta!la camera qst anno ancora più bella!biancheria sempre pulita grazie alle signore dei piani Cristina super! Che dire dei ristoranti e della colazione SALVO nel mio cuore qst anno con un nuovo ristorante e un nuovo chef! La piscina e la spa impeccabili bagni sempre puliti ma il pezzo forte sono la fattoria tenuta eccellentemente un bacio ai miei alpaca che mi mancheranno! I nostri complimenti vanno a Carlotta e Alberto che si dedicano e lavorano in prima linea con passione rendendo lo chalet impeccabile! A presto!

In maniera sincera solo mi è dispiaciuto per due cose una l experience dell aperitivo nella pool con il fuoco che però non funzionava e non ci è stato detto, in più ci aspettavamo affettati e salumi mentre ci hanno portato solo tre piccoli rettangoli do pane con alici che mai nella vita avrei scelto ! Però hanno poi provveduto lasciandoci la camera per più ore al check out e il giorno dopo ci hanno offerto un tagliere (no nella piscina con il fuoco che era stata riparata) ma va bene così !

Altra cosa che mi è dispiaciuto è il non aver trovato i maritozzi e cornetti colorati o paste che vengono mostrate nei media ma che però apparentemente offrono solo il sabato “ and ahimè io ero li di martedì 😅

Per il resto tutto perfetto
