The most magical place I’ve every seen
Pros:

The hotel was set on the most beautiful cliffside mountain with the most incredibly breathtaking views. Just spectacular

Pros:

A stunning hotel. The staff can't do enough for you from the moment you book they are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. The hotel facilities are wonderful and the spa was a great addition. We went in a quiet time so there wasn't too much to do around the hotel. The alpaca breakfast experience was great and their daily breakfasts I can't rate highly enough.

Cons:

The rooms were quite hot and when we asked about reducing the temperature they run off a centralised system so we couldn't get the aircon down to a temperature we would have liked.

Breakfast is great. The view is great. Rooms are big and have comfy beds and large tubs. Massages were adequate. Spa facilities are great!

Cons:

I tried to switch dates or cancel and rebook - and met with a stone wall. Zero flexibility.

Amazing place for couples!
Pros:

I am well traveled and this is my all-time favorite place! The location and views are amazing! The design details were very well curated! The staff was incredibly attentive. The food was fantastic, and the presentation at the table was social media worthy! They even had complimentary flip flops and slippers in the room. My only complaint is that I was not able to stay longer!!

Cons:

There was nothing to improve upon.
