Hotel Chalet Al Foss

What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience.

This experience have been so amazing, Lord worth every of my penny. Can’t ask for any better.

This hotel is like no other. I am still in disbelief of how beautiful and amazing this hotel and staff are. I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE. it is a dream come true.
I will definitely break my own rule and visit the same place twice. Everything about this hotel is magical. Keep up the great work Chalet. See you soon.

La nostra camera era più datata delle altre e ok, però la luce all’ingresso dove c’è l’armadio non funzionava così come non funzionava la cassaforte, l’abbiamo segnalato, sono venuti a vedere ma non hanno risolto nulla né ci hanno cambiato la camera.
Dalla ragazza della reception ci è stato detto che tutto ciò che è fuori dal minibar è offerto dal hotel, invece ci hanno addebitato i taralli e dei crackers che avevamo mangiato pensando fossero in omaggio.
La struttura è bella, i ragazzi del ristorante sono stati gentili e disponibili e per me è la nota più positiva dello chalet floss, la spa deludente.

Best overall experience I’ve ever had

Ich würde nicht nochmal dorthin gehen. Unsere Bikinis wurden vom Chlorwasser in den Jacuzzis komplett zerstört. Es gab keinen schönen Empfang, die Zimmer sind okej, aber nichts besonderes. Es ist auf jeden Fall nicht so, wie man es vom Instagram kennt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut !!

Super beautiful hotel

It’s wonderful

This was the best resort I’ve ever been to. The location in the Alps was stunning, and the service and food matched the beautiful setting. The food was of Michelin quality.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeitende waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar unser E-Auto laden. Das Zimmer war schön eingreichtet und der Holzstil brachte eine gewisse Ruhe ein. Die Speisemöglichkeiten sowie das Spa fanden wir ebenfalls toll. Ev wäre es hilfreich die drei Restaurants anzuschreiben, damit man diese schnell findet. Sehr empfehlenswert für ein Wellness-Wochenende zum entspannen.

Struttura magnifica in tutti i lati.

Wir waren vom 26 bis 28.09.23 bei Chalet Al Foss zu Gast. Als erstes möchte ich ein grosses Kompliment und Dankschön an das ganze Team weitergeben. Die Freundlichkeit und das Zuvorkommen des Personals in allen Bereichen verdient einfach nur ein Top. Die Lage einfach ein nur traumhaft---schade ist nur, dass dies nicht allen Gästen so bewusst ist. Als Gast muss man wiesen, das man den ganzen Tag von irgendwelche Influencer umgeben ist :-) Fotos und Filmchen den ganzen Tag..... Privacy kleingeschrieben.

In room amenities needs an improve a little, as well as the deco. 3/5

Sicuramente dal punto di vista scenografico gran bel posto, per quanto riguarda la sostanza un po’ meno... una spa piuttosto deludente... Neanche una idromassaggio decente, saune a temperature troppo basse e poco spazio in generale finendo per ritrovarsi sempre appiccicati ad altre persone. In più a una certa ora attaccano con musica da club a tutto volume, cosa che mi ha lasciato davvero senza parole. Io di solito vado in questi posti per staccare, stare in pace e a contatto con la natura, non per sbocciare don perignon e far festa... per queste cose me ne sto a Milano... che dire... dipende uno cosa cerca... se cercate un posto per rilassarvi e staccare dal caos quotidiano non è il posto migliore.. conosco tanti posti molto più belli da questo punto di vista in Trentino e sicuramente anche più ECONOMICI... se siete degli influencer solo in cerca di foto scenografiche invece sicuramente è il posto che fa per voi

Amazing location and amazing costumer service

L'hotel è situato in uno splendido punto della strada che va da Vermiglio paese al passo del Tonale, la vista che si gode dai balconi delle camere verso le montagne e il ghiacciaio è mozzafiato. Il personale è stato accogliente e disponibilissimo per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno, la camera era ampia e comoda anche se non corrispondente a quella visibile in fase di prenotazione. Il bagno ampio con doccia e bidet, pulizia eccellente. I pasti ( colazione, cena + aperitivo e vari extra) speciali, abbondanti con ingredienti genuini e varietà fuori dal comune. Per chi come noi viaggia senza macchina, perciò con mezzi pubblici, che in Trentino sono efficienti e puntualissimi, sarà utile sapere che la fermata del bus è davanti all'albergo e che la direzione consegna a tutti gli ospiti la guest card che consente di usufruire gratis dei bus, treni e seggiovie per una settimana. Infine la Spa : è un piacere indescrivibile immergersi in una jacuzzi di fronte a un simile panorama, poi c'è la piscina, la sauna (per chi può), il bagno turco e massaggi di Roberto che vi farà anche provare emozioni nuove con i getti di vapore, insomma un vero relax.
