Please note that, to use the indoor swimming pool, the use of cap is mandatory. Swimming caps can be purchased at the property for the cost of EUR 5 per unit.

Guests have free access to the Spa (heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath) with extended opening hours until 23:00.
Meal service is available by reservation, which must be made at 11:00 am on the day of the meal. If you want to have dinner on the day of check-in, you must request a reservation before check-in.
The stay in the Villas requires the payment of a deposit at the time of check-in.
Pets are allowed only in the Villas. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per night applies.

O hotel é bonito e moderno; a área da piscina é muito bonita e tranquila. O funcionário que nos recebeu no check-in era extremamente simpático e o pequeno-almoço foi excelente.

La piscina climatizada del spa estaba un poco fría
O que mais gostei no hotel é que está bem situado numa zona bastante calma e que nos permite estar rodeados pela Natureza, o que para mim é importante.
A sua localização permite facilmente o acesso á zona centro de Alcobaça e fica perto da Nazaré.
Também gostei imenso o facto de ter um jardim exterior que permitiu dar umas caminhadas, relaxar um pouco e poder ver os animais ( cabrinhas e um pato ) e estar em contacto com eles. Conseguimos comprar um saquinho com comida para alimentar os animais, que o hotel disponibiliza e foi uma boa experiência.
As funcionárias foram atenciosas e mostraram se sempre prontas a ajudar no que fosse necessário.
Só como sugestão acho que poderiam apostar em colocar mais alguns patinhos para fazer companhia ao outro pato que já têm, assim não ficava tão solitário. E também ficaria mais chamativo para as pessoas e principalmente para as crianças.

Había demasiados niños por todos lados, incluido el spa, donde deben entrar solo adultos.

- Het ontbijt was heel goed. Er was veel keus in brood, yoghurt, beleg etc..
- De entourage en uitstraling is modern.
- Zo ook de kamer die we hadden was prima, met 2 aparte goede bedden (op verzoek).
- Er is een koffie automaat met cupjes.
- Parkeren is prima en ruim, op eigen terrein.
- De airco was op de kamer erg rumoerig.
- Er is alleen een ligbad. De douchestang was kapot en niet vervangen. Dus geen douche. Voor iemand die slecht ter been is, is deze faciliteit, denk ik, niet geschikt.
- het kleine balkon is voor 2 personen niet geschikt.
- Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar wel erg afstandelijk.
- 2 Extra koffiecupjes voor de koffie automaat moesten betaald worden.
- Toegang tot het water in het zwembad uitsluitend met badmuts. Die heeft uiteraard bijna niemand. Je kunt ze dan daar kopen voor €5,- per stuk.
