Please note that, to use the indoor swimming pool, the use of cap is mandatory. Swimming caps can be purchased at the property for the cost of EUR 5 per unit.

Please note that reservations which include a Spa package are subject to availability and to confirmation by the hotel.

Guests have free access to the Spa (heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath) with extended opening hours until 23:00.

Meal service is available by reservation, which must be made at 11:00 am on the day of the meal. If you want to have dinner on the day of check-in, you must request a reservation before check-in.

The stay in the Villas requires the payment of a deposit at the time of check-in.

Pets are allowed only in the Villas. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per night applies.

Localização tranquila, pequeno almoço variado e piscina interior muito acessível e limpa, assim como a sauna e o banho turco. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

A cama extra do nosso quarto estava montada com uma prateleira por cima, ao nível da cabeça, tendo havido uma cabeçada a meio da noite. 🤭

Simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os colaboradores.
Boas instalações de lazer e bem-estar (Piscina interior, sauna, banho turco) embora tenha sentido falta de uma sala de convívio.

Cons:

sem qualquer aviso por parte do hotel, num dos dias fomos surpreendidos pela 8h50 com um barulho infernal de máquina de corte de ferro que estava a ser utilizada para reparação da varanda do quarto mesmo ao lado. Achei inadmissível que o hotel não tenha feito qualquer aviso aos hospedes e sabendo que no quarto mesmo ao lado estava um bebé de 1 ano.
Compreendo a necessidade de reparações, mas não compreendo que as mesmas sejam feitas num período de mini férias cujo objetivo era descansar um pouco e também não compreendo a necessidade de o barulho ter sido feito logo de manhã.

Hotel ótimo para estadia em família.
Pros:

Localização e espaço muito bonitos. Quartos confortáveis e ótimo pequeno-almoço. Atendimento muito bom. Piscina interior bonita e simpática.

Cons:

A água da piscina não é suficientemente quente para estarmos super confortáveis com crianças pequenas; banho turco também não é suficientemente quente; a zona do balneário está gelada.
