Cons:

I didn't like the bar staff, when I came with my wife to the table to watch the sunset, a woman came up and asked what we would drink, we replied that we just want to watch the sun go down, we don't want to drink anything, there were maybe 2 people in the whole bar, all the tables were free, she replied that you don't drink anything here in the bar area, you have to leave, so we did it. I think nothing would have happened to her, we would have sat for 10 minutes and watched the sun.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Ona Las Rosas in Los Gigantes. The property is beautiful and the views are honestly amazing waking up to them every day was such a highlight.

My sister and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and really well looked after, and having our own bedroom and bathroom each made it really comfortable. The whole place felt really fresh and tidy, which made it even more relaxing to stay in.

The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming the whole time we were there, which made the stay even better. The pool area was also incredible, the view from the pool is breathtaking and the sunbeds are really comfortable, so it was such a nice place to relax.

It was also really easy to get taxis — they arrived almost straight away whenever we called, which made getting around simple.

I loved my time at Ona Las Rosas and would 100% stay there again if I came back to Los Gigantes.

Piękny widok za oknem, dobre wyposażenie obiektu - dostępne ręczniki plażowe, na plus leżaki na tarasie.

Cons:

W jednej z łazienek, dokładniej spod prysznica przez cały pobyt czuć było intentywny zapach z kanalizacji. Mimo zgłoszenia na recepcji (piątek) i informacji zwrotnej, że nastepnego dnia (sobota) ktoś z obsługi przyjdzie i się tym zajmie, niestety nikt się nie pojawił więc korzystanie z łazienki było uciążliwe. Kabina prysznicowa była dość mocno zapuszczona. Na dolnym poziomie bardzo często traciliśmy dostęp do internetu.

Pros:

wir waren leider nur 3 Tage, überraschend für uns war, dass wir ein Apartment erhielten, dass einen Mega View zum Meer hatte und wir sehr dankbar waren, große Terrasse, Küche mit allem, Tolles Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, richtiger Luxus, und später merkten wir, dass wir in einer Anlage waren, wo fast nur Engländer waren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, Pool? ein ruhiger Ort zum relaxen!!!! Jetzt wissen wir, warum dieses Hotel immer ausgebucht ist, Gratulation an das gesamte Team

Lokalizacja - to bardzo na plus. Wszędzie blisko. W apartamencie znalazły się również wszystkie podstawowe sprzęty.

Przydałby się parking dedykowany dla gości. Po godzinie 19 było bardzo ciężko znaleźć miejsce gdzieś w pobliżu. Przydałoby się również szczelniejsze okno w sypialni ponieważ wieczorami było słychać bawiących się ludzi w naprzeciwko lokalu. Przy małym dziecku było to średnio komfortowe.

Best resort in the area
Pros:

The whole resort was spotlessly clean and the views from our villa were amazing. The staff were so helpful, booking a,taxi for us and taking prepayment. The pool was clean, never busy and we were supplied with pool towels. The resort is very private and not overlooked as some are in the area. Very close to supermarkets and places to eat but not so close that it's noisy at night. Excellent location.

Cons:

Lots of guests reserved their sun loungers with towels in early morning then went off shopping, eating in the bar or just going back to their villas for lunch. I don't think that this should be allowed.

Vue magnifique pour des vacances ressourçantes
Pros:

La localisation au coeur d'une station balnéaire très sympa mais en étant au calme dans une impasse, à proximité des commerces (Lidl notamment)
Le format petite maison
La piscine surveillée et chauffée très agréable en février
Et surtout la vue mer et falaises de Los Gigantes depuis la terrasse.

Cons:

Un peu dur de trouver une place de parking devant l'hôtel
Le sol du logement que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée (mais tout le reste très propre)
Il y a un restaurant non géré par l'hôtel au bord de la piscine et au coeur des logements (pratique notamment pour le petit déjeuner) mais ils organisent des concerts tous les soirs donc un peu bruyant mais sans nous empêcher de nous endormir.

Schöne Lage, nette Mitarbeiter, Parkplatz in der Nähe, saubere Anlage.

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung geht über 2 Etagen, Schlafzimmer sind im Unterschoss und haben den Charakter eines Keller…Muff.
Bäder ohne Fenster und trotz einiger durchgeführter Renovierungen wirkt das ganze in die Jahre gekommen und zeilenweise auch lieblos gestrichen. Die Zimmertüren Dunkels Holz sind so alt wie das Haus und haben eine gewisse „Patina“ es kam einfach kein wohlfühlen zu Stande.
Die 4 Matratzen der Betten waren bis auf eine durchgelegen, nur dünne Bettdecke, und Wolldecken im Schrank die auch keine appetitlichen Eindruck machen..

Lokalita, vyhlad z okna, restauracia ako sucast arealu, prijemny a ochotny personal.

nedostatocne mnozstvo parkovacich miest, zeleny okraj bazena a zapach chloru, deti aj ja sme boli tiez zeleni... velky hluk, ktory sa siril z okolitych apartmanov, slaba izolacia, kurenie len na poschodi, na prizemi bola zima... manzelka aj syn tu dostali crevnu virozu, asi norovirus... ocividne sme neboli jedini, lebo v den odchodu sme nasli zvysky ludkych vykalov na chodniku okolo naseho apartmanu, niekto mal silnu hnacku a nedobehol.. po prichode bol v kuchynskej linke spinavy riad, vsetko sme museli znovu umyvat. Rozkladaci gauc bol totalne nepohodlny
