I had a wonderful stay at Sarovar Portico, Jalandhar. The entire experience was excellent, right from the warm welcome at the front desk to the courteous service throughout my visit.

A special appreciation to the front office team for their professionalism, prompt assistance, and ever-smiling attitude. They made the check-in and overall stay completely hassle-free and ensured every request was attended to with genuine care.

The restaurant staff also deserve special recognition. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and eagerness to serve made every meal enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with an impressive variety of options. The service was quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile.

It is evident that the entire team is well-trained and committed to providing guests with an outstanding experience. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism truly set this hotel apart.

If you love a calm and cozy atmosphere, come over! The location of the hotel is very suitable if you wish to head to places like Model Town.
The hotel’s cleanliness is unmatched, no dirty spots and I love the laundry services (optional) All the staff members were polite, respectful and caring. From the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, the food is DELICIOUS and always served HOT. (I love hot food).
My room was good and comfy ! The general noise level is pretty good, it’s not annoying. The bathroom setup is good with the toiletries supplies, I loved it!
The value was worth for the exact stay time!

It was lovely being here, the services were great and rooms were clean. The food was great and the food served by Mr Ravi and Mr Rohit was excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sarovar Portico, Jalandhar, and our dinner experience was nothing short of outstanding.

A very special appreciation goes to Ms. Kajal and Ms. Manpreet, who looked after us with exceptional warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we were seated until the end of our meal, they ensured every detail was taken care of with a smile. Their courteous nature, prompt service, and sincere dedication made us feel truly valued as guests. They are a wonderful example of what true hospitality should be.

The food was equally impressive—every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The quality, taste, and variety exceeded our expectations and made our evening even more memorable.

We also had the opportunity to take a photograph with Kajal and Manpreet (shared here with their kind permission) as a small token of appreciation for the wonderful service they provided.
