Un hôtel sympa mais pour une nuit

La gentillesse du personnel, la literie agréable et le proximité de l’aéroport, il est pas non plus à côté mais en voiture c’est très rapide

This is my second time staying here in the past year. I will definitely use this hotel again.
Pros:

Pick up and drop off from the airport was very good. Front desk check in and check out was very smooth and efficient. All the staff that we encountered were great.

Moderne Hotelanlage zum Relaxen mit Airportnähe + gratis Transfer!

Das 67 Airport Hotel hat für Ankunft oder vorm Heimflug eine nahe, ruhige Lage, etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Internationalen Jomo Kenyatta- Airport und bietet als einziges gratis (!) einen Tag & Nacht Flughafen-Transfer an. Zum etwas entfernteren Binnen-Airport (WILSON) sind faire 20,-US$ zu zahlen. Hotel mit geräumiger Parkanlage, Pool mit Bar, schattig grünen Gastgarten u. 2 Restaurants (eines 24 h geöffnet!), ist sehr abgesichert, mit securities u. Einlasskontrollen aller Personen.
Moderne Zimmer, mit TV, AC, Balkon, Toilettsachen, Kühlschrank etc. und 24 h Rezeption. Unsere mehrfachen Nairobi stopovers mit Flughafentransfers zum/vom Hotel, teils weit nach Mitternacht.., haben alle tadellos wie vereinbart funktioniert. Allgemein sehr modern und professionell geführte Anlage, wo wir auf unseren 2 Kenia Reisen sehr zufrieden buchten und sicher auch bei unserer nächsten Reise!

Cons:

Nichts relevant Negatives zu nörgeln und wir oldies (Pensionistenpaar) kommen daher sicher wieder!

L'établissement et surtout le personnel très professionnel, agréable et hyper réceptif.
Cette réservation était pour notre petite fille qui a du passer une nuit à Nairobi, suite à une modification de son vol retour pour l'hexagone.
Autant dire que nous n'étions pas sereins.
Shareen a pris les choses en main, s'est occupée de son accueil à l'aéroport, chauffeur avec pancarte "Louna" pour s'identifier. Accueil à l'hôtel et chauffeur le lendemain pour retour à l'aéroport.

L'établissement est excellent, restaurant 24/24h, petit déjeuner à volonté, navette gratuite.
Personnel au petit soin et professionnel.

Un très grand merci à toute l'équipe et surtout à Shareen. Nous vous sommes reconnaissants pour votre gentillesse et la prise en charge de notre petite fille.
Nous recommandons à 1000% cet établissement.

Pros:

The hotel offered me a shuttle service from the train station, which I truly appreciated. Although the room I received was not the same as the one I had originally booked, they changed it the next day and refunded me 50% as compensation. I was also impressed by how quickly the staff responded to all my requests — everything was provided within minutes without any delay. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service.
