Pros:

goede communicatie, makkelijke pick up, mijn vlucht had vertraging en was allemaal geen probleem. handig dat er ontbijt in zit.

Cons:

De uren om 's ochtends naar de luchthaven te gaan lagen vast, waardoor ik ofwel veel te snel of nipt naar de luchthvan zou moeten gaan. Gelukkig waren de wachtrijen op de luchthaven niet te lang.
Qua hygiëne/onderhoud van de kamers: kon iets beter maar prima voor 1 nacht.

Pros:

Location is close to the airport. They have airport service and when I got there someone was already waiting to pick me up. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly. I can't find a single negative.

Excellent
Pros:

Shuttle is excellent, staff were great and arranged an early breakfast for me as I had to leave as early as 4 am, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Overall excellent and I would stay again.

Navette depuis l' aéroport,qui nous a attendu malgré le temps long pour faire le visa de transit
Repas sur place très bon
Chambre grande mais à l' étage sans ascenseur ( ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé car peu de bagage)
Clim dans chambre

Cons:

Demander le tarif d un taxi pour visiter Nairobi qui m'a apparu excessif en comparaison de Uber mais pas de réseau pour commander le retour
