Great location, the rest was disappointing. In need of some TLC.
Pros:

Location was great, and available parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Don't seem to have enough power points for the amenities. Fridge wasn't working, couldn't see a lead for it to even check it was plugged in. One lamp plugged into a power board, another with zero chance of reaching a power point. Lose tile right in the door way. Had the room close to the restaurant with staff enjoying their smoke break just outside our door. At check in I was asked to pay in cash, apparently he had trouble finding the eftpos until it magically appeared right in front of him.
Needs some TLC and fresh air. Could be fantastic given the location.

Cons:

As I was arriving late it was extremely difficult to obtain a key and get into my room.. The room was certainly not deluxe torn curtain dirty shower grout.

Over all I was satisfied with this accommodation
Pros:

The location was perfectly located between the beach and the hospital where I attended an appointment.

Cons:

The bathroom, particularly the shower was old and the grout and tiles in poor condition.

The location was excellent. The property was very dirty and in need of renovation.

The property was very dirty. Not enough towels in the room for the amount of us staying, when asked for more they were being washed. No extra towels arrived. Air conditioner was extremely dirty. Needs a renovation urgently.

Great location. Needs some work

Cons:

There weren’t any towels in the room. Staff were on the phone the whole time I was checking in and I tried to call several times during the day of check in and phone was not answered or messages returned
