came back after having dinner at 7.30 pm and the car park was full so had to park on street, was worried would get a ticket in morning, so went out to have a look at midnight and there was a park then so moved the car into motel carpark, so it seems that customers in near by restarants may use motel carpark

The room was dirty, fridge, shower, rubbish by the bedside drawers. Shower leaking constantly. The phone numbers didn't work. The room phone didn't work. Property dirty rubbish everywhere. No internet access. Sheets were off white so I wasn't sure if they were clean or not.

Clean room but outside near stairs was grubby.

Cons:

My room was right behind the kitchen and dining room from a Cafe next door so noisy. Torn curtains, a few mosquitos in the room at night.

YUCK!!!
Cons:

The room was filthy!
My teenage kids would not shower as it needs a major scrubbing. One child pulled back their bed sheets, and it had hair through it. YUCK! Dirty knife in draw, dirty spoon and rubbish on floor, hasn't been dusted/wipe down for months. The whole room needs a professional cleaner through it. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location, the rest was disappointing. In need of some TLC.
Pros:

Location was great, and available parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Don't seem to have enough power points for the amenities. Fridge wasn't working, couldn't see a lead for it to even check it was plugged in. One lamp plugged into a power board, another with zero chance of reaching a power point. Lose tile right in the door way. Had the room close to the restaurant with staff enjoying their smoke break just outside our door. At check in I was asked to pay in cash, apparently he had trouble finding the eftpos until it magically appeared right in front of him.
Needs some TLC and fresh air. Could be fantastic given the location.
