It served its purpose to catch the ferry the next morning.
Pros:

We booked as it was close to the Esplanade.

Cons:

The car park and exterior looked neglected, rubbish and poor external lighting / no lighting on the internal staircase didn’t provide a welcome or feeling of security.

Excellent! Staff were very friendly and upgraded my room after a miscommunication to my surprise!

Good holiday stay
Pros:

The shipping mall was close and there’re some places drink and eat. It was convenient area.

Cons:

With the two queen beds, it was a bit squeezed to put two large suitcases on the floor.
And the outlet was set only by the tv and not around the beds.

Pros:

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean, bathroom door didn’t close, light switch wasn’t safe, no reachable power points, no conditioner provided, cutlery was dirty and thrown in the drawer. Nothing good about our stay. Won’t go back ever.

Great location, not worth the value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect. Very central to the shops, the water front and walking tracks.

Cons:

It was very very run down for the value of money.
We have done lots of travelling in the past few years but, the bathrooms were not clean and maintained.
The rubbish outside needs cleaning up.
It really would benefit from an upgrade to attract more people.
The sheets/bedding were cringe worthy brown colour.
You can’t charge top price for location and not have the standards there.

Comfortable beds and good location

Cons:

Old and in need of some TLC. Bathroom full of mould on walls and tiles.
Photos on booking .com are very misleading.
