Nice Convenient Clean just in need of a little militance.
Pros:

I like that in was near the beach and City Centre
I liked the Price

Cons:

I didn't Like that there were pieces missing from one of the Bed Headboards and that some of the Doorknobs on Cupboards needed repair and The Bathroom Sink was chipped. It was not as fancy as the pictures on the web site, would lead you to believe

A fairly reasonable motel close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:

The heating and cooling unit in our room. It is VERY loud and would wake everyone up each time it started up.

Pros:

Location was great. Room was clean.

Cons:

Some lights didn't work. Hair dryer detached from the wall. Bathroom mouldy. Outside windows dirty. The motel needs renovation.

It was cold and wet and my team lost the game but I was satisfied with the room.
Pros:

The location was good, not too far from the train station or GMHBA Stadium, and also close to the coast. The rooms a good size and had the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable. I arrived early and was hoping to just leave my luggage until I checked in but the staff were able to organise a room for me to check into immediately, which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The shower made quite a noise when being used but I really have no other complaints. It's obviously an old and dated complex but it was generally comfortable.
