Kind that they made up our room during our stay but a little privacy would go a long way ! The shower could use some tlc

Cons:

Can’t find staff, shower dripped all night, no microwave to heat up baby bottles, they come into the room while you’re not there.

Very comfortable motel, conveniently located a short drive from the main streets.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable plus they provided cutlery, plates and bowls which came in handy.

Adequate facilities for a 2-night stay
Pros:

The motel is located just outside of town on a main highway and traffic noise was minimal. There were 2 thick extra blankets in the room and both were needed as the nights were very cool. It is necessary to walk back into town for the main food/drink options, but there is also The Royal Hotel about a 10 minute walk, plus a fish and chip shop opposite the Royal.

Cons:

One thing to note if you are travelling by train and arrive late afternoon/evening is there are limited transport options from the station and the motel is a good 30 minute walk. There is a taxi number on the side of a wall just across the road, but when I called I was told there would be at least a 1 hour wait, so I walked. The room is pretty basic, typical motel style with exposed brick walls. I had everything I needed for a 2-night stay, but I would likely stay closer to town next time.
