Comfortable and had everything I needed.
Pros:

The room had more than I needed. The min bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Bedding was comfortable. Heating worked well.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had a room with doors to adjoining rooms but that is a personal preference and I understand that it is unavoidable in some cases. The breakfast was a little simplistic, I was hoping for something in the restaurant. I understand though and can't complain about the price point.

wouldn't stay again due to nowhere to sit in the evening
Pros:

room was clean, close to the dining room, spacious compared to some we have stayed in. Water was lovely and hot in the shower. Traffic noise was minimum and didn't disturb us.

Cons:

Continential breakfast I expected toast so I brought my gluten free bread. I was refused the loan of a toaster due to your regulations. No lactose free milk available so no breakfast for me. Had I known in advance I would have stayed else where. The motel we stayed at the night before had microwave and toaster. There was nothing to wash and dry the cups with or mop up spills. There was only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed or a dining chair all evening, very uncomfortable for older people. No cupboard or shelf space in bathroom so hairdryer and toilet bag were on the floor.

Over all reasonable price for a decent size spa room but maintenance of rooms need some attention

Cons:

Meal was ordinary gravey for beef roast was no flavour and runny and mushrooms were caned ones. Our room had lots of cobwebs everywhere and hair dryer was broken. And at 7am in morning had a person knocking on the room I was in asking for someone and told them no one hear by that person so finally left. I tried to advise reception but phone in room did not work and I even rang off my mobile but no answer. So sapol were notified and said to take it up with hotel as the person left they couldn’t do anything.

My Review
Pros:

Was great little place to stay, staff were great dinners at the pub were good. And good value

Cons:

Spa was dirty though. Like quite dirty, the other of the spa was good but once you turn it on yuck

LOVE IT!!!!!!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us, the meals were superb we love staying here and recommend you to all our friends and family

Cons:

We had a little leak in our bathroom but didn't tell the staff because we liked our room and didn't want to move we absolutely have no complaints about the Highlander.
