A home away from home
Pros:

Sherbourne is always a wonderful place to stay. Its also had a refresh in the last year, so the bathrooms are modern and the spaces revitalised. Room service was fantastic. The pool was up and running, although too cold for us to enjoy this visit. The staff are helpful and polite. The coffee from the continental breakfast is outstanding, we always look forward to it every morning.

Cons:

Needs UHD milk & sweetner (not just sugar) for the tea and coffee provided.

Great value for money and would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Quiet even though on the main road, really big room with a comfortable bed and great hot shower! Close to everything in town, walking distance.

Cons:

Wardrobe door was broken and a bed side lamp was faulty.

Location and adjacent facility

Cons:

Booked through Booking.com, could only make a change by contacting the property. Change made and confirmed by email by the property. On check in the property tempted to charge an additional amount saying they had made a mistake in the confirmation. Reception staff adamant the additional payment needed to be paid, could not be resolved until they called their manager later in the day. The additional charge was removed, but they were not apologetic.
