Nothing specific. It was just ok
Room was tucked away in a dark corner
Close to everything we needed so very exceptionally located.
The convenience of the room being on the ground floor and the location to eateries.
We couldn't open any windows, so the room was always stuffy due to lack of fresh air. We also couldn't see out of the windows because of the grime on the perspect that covered the windows.
The staff were lovely
The room was clean warm and comfortable
The band that was playing till 11.30pm that was so loud and vibrating the walls of the room
We came with kids who had to be up early for a sporting tournament and it was so hard for them to get to sleep
The hotel was fully booked out with families so it would of be nice to not have such loud music and the base of the live band echoing through the rooms
Everything was fine til the Saturday night.
Rooms advertised to be sound proof and this was needed as we were there for a major sport event. Saturday was the worst night ever. The sound of music til way to late screamed through the walls and you could hear everything. Then you call reception and they say can you hear it, you would be deaf not to. Next time we are there will be telling everyone not to stay there worst night sleep when we had a 16 hour drive the next day

Non allocated car parks, when I got back from a wedding I attended solo there were no parks available in enclosed space. I had to drive further down the st and park behind the gaming venue and walk by myself at 11 30 at night. It didnt feel particularly safe.
Room was ok but a bit tired could do with a make over.
Everything is handy to shops cafes and good clean hotel with meals available..

That the bath plug was broken and didn't stay down so couldn't fill bath
We found the rooms very spacious,clean and tidy with a modern look. The lady that booked us in was very friendly and welcoming. We would definately stay again and recommend to friends and family.

For an overnight stay it met expectations.
