Clean, quiet and perfect for our one night stay.
Pros:

Large comfortable room. Large clean bathroom with double wash basin. Tea, and coffee provided in room. Although this hotel is on a busy road our room was very quiet.

Convenient and quiet location in busy Penrith with pub meal available next door.
Pros:

Check in staff member was extremely helpful. Room was on ground floor as requested an in a very quiet location and near the laundry. Being able to do a load of washing at no cost was an unexpected bonus and very convenient after several weeks on the road.

Cons:

For a one night stay we found no down sides.
