Facilities are showing age. If they want top dollar they need to improve the technology and simple drainage in bathroom,shower and basin.Maybe bathroom door with proper lock and should close properly.

Pros:

Plenty of safe parking for a car on a car trailer. Great size rooms and even though on main hwy, no road noise.
