Nice hotel horrible restaurant
Pros:

The pool was lovely , spacious rolm , all very clean

Cons:

The restaurant and the service there . The waitress hardly spoke the entire time . Didn’t acknowledge us at all when we arrived . Didn’t tell us where to sit, where the menus were or explain we had to order at the bar . I asked for fans to be out on as it was extremely hot and she seemed annoyed . Couldn’t work remotes for fans so didn’t put them in . Was continually wiping her sweaty face and neck with paper towels in front of . My vegetarian pasta was nice but my husbands creamy garlic chicken was inedible , chicken looked old and over cooked . Would stay at hotel again but never use restaurant . Shocking service .

Nice rooms, good food at restaurant

Cons:

Waitress in restaurant was very rude, if we weren't so tired from travelling we would of gone elsewhere, didn't make our drinks as asked...
Hot water took a very long time to come throught for showers

Good for single night stop over.
Pros:

Good location and nice open space. Restaurant was reasonably priced. Close to the shops at Raymond Terrance. Air conditioning was effective, WiFi was reasonable, showers nice and hot.

Cons:

Rooms are starting to show age. Cold water was warm. Bit of road noise, soon to be fixed with bypass. Rentering the premises can be a little difficult , again by pass will solve this.

It was good

No where to wash up and no detergent as we were in the large room
No hand rails in bathroom to hang hand towels etc
