Pros:

Did not have breakfast

Cons:

I have spoken to other motel owners about a situation
with your organisation and the poor performance and judgment by the duty manager on the evening of our stay.
I inadvertently booked two rooms via online.
Arrived stayed the night but l was not able to have my
money for the second room credited back to my account.
I have owned a small business for nearly 50 years in
Victoria and now it is my charter for the rest of my
life to alert people to the poor business practice and judgment of your company!!!

Short and sweet. 😊☺️
Pros:

It’s familiar. Have stayed many times over the years. Also I can go to Reception and speak to someone, makes my travel easier now that I’m older and on my own. I enjoyed my meal in the dining room.

We stay there frequently when visiting relatives in the area. Very comfortable for families
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room very spacious and clean, the pool was clean and lovely, parking was easy and there are plenty of amenities nearby.

Cons:

There were some noisy and drunken neighbours, and the bedding on the portacot was not very comfortable for our infant.
