My request was not answered for early check in, so arrived and nope come back at 2pm after cleaning, extra fee for my sausage dog which was not listed when booked and have never paid before at this accomodation. Payed the extra $40 to walk into the room with fluff and dust all over the floor.( NO WHERE NEAR CLEAN, PLUS NOW MY EXTRA $40 TO CLEAN ROOM) No antenna cord for TV so no connection. Will not be staying at this property again. Receptionist car parked in my car park until reception closed, had to inpack from front of driveway.

Pros:

Nothing. But was glad i received a refund.

Cons:

The place was unhygienic! Im pregnant and walked into the room. Stains all over the bed & fridge. Floor wasnt even clean. Staff tried to charge an extra $300 for having a dog after i even paid for our accomodation and notified staff we had a dog with us when made booking.
Staff did offer another room but the bathroom door didnt close. I didnt feel it was safe for me with cleanliness of the place. Staff did however refund my money with no hassle which i was very greatful for. Location was right in the heart of town. If your wanting a clean room to stay in i would not recommend this place.

Pros:

Definitely an overnighter, not for comfort or long stay.

Cons:

Bins right near the pool smelt so bad while swimming.
Floors under bed were dirty.
Wouldn’t stay again.

Dirty, avoid.
Pros:

Location was very central, pet friendly (dogs only)

Cons:

The room was dirty, food splashed on walls, bench tops, kettle, toaster, microwave and floor. Cutlery and cups had not been washed, there was dish soap but no dish cloth or tea towel. Floor hadn't been mopped, as our feet were black. Fridge was rusted, seels broken, and was filthy.
Photos are deceptive and for the price we will not stay again.
MAY I SUGGEST TO THE MANAGER, HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN CLEAN CORRECTLY, BECAUSE YOUR STANDARDS ARE PITIFUL.

Average and certainly wasn’t as expected and won’t stay there again.
Cons:

Air conditioning noisy with not normal noise, remote for aircon temperamental, wifi didn’t work, tv wasn’t working . Was unable to discuss these issues as office had shut and I left before it opened.
Bathroom sink flickmixer tap loose and falling off. Walls dirty.
Curtains hanging off curtain rod as broken hanging rings.
