Good location, but very budget motel. Would not stay again.
Bed was horrible, shower mould, fridge was loud. I think people needing housing accomodation was living there mainly 🤔

property was dirty only had one pillow on the beds each the walls and floor were dirty The major problem was that it was electrically unsafe in the bathroom. The PowerPoint was not fixed correctly to the wall and being close to the sink as the bathroom for renovated the tiles were not cut large enough to fit the PowerPoint. This has probably been an issue since the bathroom was renovated. Also, the bathroom had mold on the roof.
The wi-fi was very slow
It was convenient to the location that we needed to visit. Parking was good as the space was quite wide which allowed easy access to doors for packing and unpacking.
We had others using our car space which was annoying. There was only 1 towel rack so had to hang our second towel over the timber near the shower but this was not very clean.

The carpark its lit up at by flood lights at night and comes through the black out curtains.
Booking was immediate & room ready to check in within 15mins of confirmation at such short notice.
Room was clean tidy & not cramped. As I have fibromyalgia I struggle to find accommodation to suit my needs...easy accessibility to room & facilities

dangerous near the stairs due no lighting uneven footing at bottom of the stair and pool area.
unstable hand railing that is not secure appropriately. my wife fell due to these conditions and has severe bruising and swelling in her leg.
