dangerous near the stairs due no lighting uneven footing at bottom of the stair and pool area.
unstable hand railing that is not secure appropriately. my wife fell due to these conditions and has severe bruising and swelling in her leg.

Served a purpose but will not return. Cost was ridulous for the poor quality.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and clean and the room configuration met our need.

Cons:

The access through a pool yard and with steps breeching across a garden bed was appalling and very dangerous.

The shower taps kept falling off making it impossible to regulate the shower temperature which was very dangerous with three young children.
Lounge was absolutely filthy.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Pungent odour coming from drain
Bar fridge missing feet so unstable.
Cutlery in draws Dirty. Same as glasses and dishes.

Paying extra for a pet of $50 is absolutely ridiculous.
Make sure you read the description 100% before booking. You will be charged $50. I questioned this charge, as our dog wasn't using a bed, shower or toilet. I was prepared to pay a bond if he did make a mess.

The manager was so helpful and kind he went above and beyond. Friendly and professional the other staff always said hello when o was outside walking my little dog.

Cons:

Nothing it was reasonably priced and clean and comfortable.
