Very good
Overall
Not a good experience with restaurant and staff operation. No proper training for new traniee and there is no quick response for any service, Totally bad experience over all.
there are no more new hotels in tirupati, we choose this one because of my own cousin reference. I will not suggest or refer this restaurant to any of my family or friends
Bad customer service service
Bad customer service
We have stayed for one full day for visiting Temples in Tirupathi and Tirumala. The hotel is class, neat and well maintained. The staff is very courteous. The food in the restaurant 'lotus' is good. The location, especially the Mountain View from the room is very good. The swimming pool and the ambience are simply superb. Mr. Krishna from the reception has helped us and took care of our stay end to end. This is a good destiny for families in Tirupati.
It was an amazing stay.
Krishna was very helpful with guiding and taking care of the stay.
