Entire stay was good, only one thing, chicken in the buffet was spoiled.
Our family group of 8 guests stayed at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati on 10 June 2026 for one night.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and hospitality displayed by the entire team. What made our stay even more remarkable was that the hotel was simultaneously hosting a large corporate event, yet the service standards never wavered for regular guests like us.
A special and heartfelt appreciation goes to Manu Prasad K, the Front Office Manager. Despite the hotel being exceptionally busy, Mr. Manu personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was handled smoothly and efficiently.
What truly stood out was his hands-on approach. He did not simply delegate responsibilities—he personally followed up on our requests, checked on our comfort, and made sure all arrangements for our group were perfectly coordinated. The level of care extended right until our departure. He personally saw us off and ensured everything was in order before we got into our car.
The hotel itself offered comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. To anyone planning a visit to Tirupati, I can confidently say that this hotel is an excellent choice.

This is our second time here and we enjoyed it very much. Manu, the front office manager looked after us, and Anil the GM was very kind. Everything was great, nothing to complain about. It's become our go to place when in Tirupati.
