Comfortable, inexpensive, average breakfast.

Comfortable, clean rooms, fairly friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel is located close to Little India, which means the area is noticeably less clean compared to the city center. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest MRT station.

However, the weakest point is definitely the breakfast – the selection is very limited and simply not tasty. The staff clear your plate before you’ve even finished eating, as they seem to be in a rush. I understand they probably mean well, but it really shouldn’t feel like that.

Purtroppo per un ritardo aereo siamo arrivati in hotel alle h 10!

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile,reception molto limitata.
Abbiamo chiesto un check out ritardato, per dormire qualche ora,che ci è stato concesso(alle h 15).
Ma dopo un'ora,ci hanno telefonato in camera di lasciarla libera...

Prima hotel, goed gelegen
Pros:

Fijn hotel midden in de wijk little India. De kamer was niet groot, maar ruim genoeg voor een kort verblijf. Heerlijk internationaal ontbijt. Behulpzaam, aardig personeel.

雖然離地鐵走路約10分鐘，但飯店門口就是公車站，可多利用

工作人員非常友善，尤其是Kim Peng更是熱心助人

Cons:

隔音很不好，隔壁房客的咳嗽聲都聽得到，而且對面的夜店在半夜也會吵到影響睡眠

Pros:

We stayed here for 8 days. Holiday inn express serangoon is a very nice and clean hotel. Closed to restaurants, shopping mall and transportation. Singapore's concept of environmental sustainability has progressed quickly. It has filtered drinking water in the room. I no longer need to buy large bottles of water every day — now I can get filtered drinking water directly in the room. I'm very pleased with this experience, and my concerns about plastic use have also lessened. Good breakfast variety. The staff is very nice and helpful. Specially Kim Peng & Sarena. It's so nice talking to both of them. They are very informative of local area. Mrs Kim Peng even provided suggestions for our day planning during breakfast. very nice and friendly lady.

Great stay at Holiday Express Serangoon
Pros:

We arrived early Feb 10th around 11am from our cruise and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and accomodating she accepted our IHG rewards # for the extras like early check=in and late checkout even though we booked this stay using our credit card awards. The room was small but clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was good size with good water pressure. It was close to the areas we hadn't seen in Singapore and the lady at front desk was helpful in giving us an idea of what was close. Breakfast was good with Hot food and fresh fruit. We had a late flight next morning so our late check=out worked out great! All staff was friendly.

悪くはなかったのですが
Pros:

お値段と比較すると綺麗で部屋も広かったです。スタッフ、特に２日目に掃除してくれた方の対応が非常によかったです。

Cons:

オーダーできるものを加えてもアメニティが少なく自分に合わなかったです。１日目にバスルームが少し臭ったほかタオルが無かったりしました。朝食は悪くないですが個人的には苦手な味でした。
