Cons:

Hotel is on a very busy street and there was a lot of noise. And wifi was very poor.

Ok, but a bit noisy place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Central location (but a bit far from the nearest metro stations).
There is a special tap for filtered drinking water in every room. This was very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit one-sided with quite limited choices. The breakfast room also tends to be quite crowded most of the time. The big street right in front of the hotel is quite noisy at night and the sound proving of the windows is not good enough to keep the street noises out.
Rooms are relatively small (but that is typical for Singapore).

Pros:

They have late check in, the hotel staff is cleaning everyday with quality, hotel’s location is super convenient, it’s just located by a bus stop. Don’t afraid to use public transport in Singapore, it’s super easy and well.

The breakfast was wonderful (Naturally squeezed orange juice as well as tasty coffee).
If you smoke, there will be smoking area right behind a bust stop which super convenient because it’s not easy to find a spot in Singapore.

Cons:

For me as person who travelled a lot, the staff in the hotel were a bit cold especially managers in reception. They don’t smile and are not polite but maybe it’s just a singaporian mentality. Who knows?
I wouldn’t also recommend to use hotel’s laundry cause it was a bit expensive like 14$ for two pair of socks.
Anyway, they did their job well.

Excellent stay, hearty breakfast and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was convenient -- easy connections by the metro to any part of Singapore. There are lots of eateries around. The room was decent and comfortable. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was quite good and filling.

Cons:

I found it a bit strange that the main entrance is locked after 10pm, but can of course be opened with the card key issued to guests. This makes it a bit inconvenient if one has guests coming around 10pm.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Isiah at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. We managed to check in earlier because there was an available room. Buses were in front of the hotel and also walking distance to Little India, Mustafa Centre, City Suare mall which is connected to the MRT. Breakfast was very good and a lot of varieties to choose from. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes up to visit Singapore again.
