Well attended, clean, great breakfast
Room a bit small, but still comfortable
Check in process was very pleasant
Breakfast menu didn't cover for whole range. It was only with Western and Chinese
The room was not clean, and even after I complained and was moved to another room, the carpet was still full of hair and the floor was still dirty, even after housekeeping came in the morning.
Additionally, even if guests are allowed to refill their water bottles from the tap, the hotel should at least provide one bottle of drinking water in the room. There was also no Dove conditioner or body wash provided.
Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained and definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The experience was disappointing, and the hotel is simply not worth the price.

we book a double room with twin bed when we went their reception told not available the our requested room. very small room thy gave us.

It was convenient.
Rooms were too congested. I couldn’t even sit in the that was provided and the desk was barely big enough for a notebook.
it would be recommended to have international power sockets in places like this installed, as the expected guests would be international
The location was good. The breakfast, even though it was for very local taste, was tasty and in good amounts. We liked the coffee. The breakfast area staff were kind and nice. The hotel is clean in general.
The reception staff was too serious or completely avoided eye contact, which makes it harder to ask anything. The sace in the room is such that you can barely walk. So we put our suitcase on one of the night tables and received a very kind letter from the manager saying it could damage the night table, and they gently placed the suitcase in a special table in the side between the window and one side of the bed. Maybe the locker felt in one hard to reach place. We didn’t ask if they saw it and just tried our best to find it. We searched everywhere and trusted we would find it last day. Unfortunately we had issues trying to find a lock last day and it caused some problems for us.
