Amazing property and staff let down by bathroom facilities.
Pros:

Modern style, nice clean pool, nice sports bar set up. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facilities not working such as leaking tap. Only one shower setting works which is the jet setting. No hand washing soap provided for the bathroom sink.

A lovely room, decent facilities, and extremely helpful staff make this a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and stocked with clean towels and bottled water daily. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you to the best of their abilities. The location on a main road makes it easy to get to where you want to go, and there is on-site parking if you rent a motorbike or a car. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would certainly stay here again!

Cons:

The floor looked to be dirty in the bathroom, and when the rooms were serviced, I don't believe the floors were cleaned properly. However, this did not negatively impact my experience in any way.

Great hotel with amazing Staff!!
Pros:

Very good and nice hotel!! service is excellent. All staff who work there are very friendly and helpful. If you have something and you indicate it then something is done about it immediately is nice is that!! Delicious food downstairs at the restaurant and not expensive. We have stayed there for a long time and everything was as desired!! Cleaning staff making the rooms always nice and clean. We want to thank everyone the Manager Adhi and employees Dika & Augustina & Cahyana you are great!! Kind regards,

Really friendly staff
Pros:

Thank you for a very good time in Nusa Dua.
Staff was brilliant. Always happy and want to help you all day long.
The room is clean and nice with a little balcony.
On the roof of the building you have an amazing sea view.

Pros:

The room is clean and affordable, all the necessary equipment are provided except that bathroom misses a hand wash gel (you can order and they will provide)

Breakfast is nice but limited options. But quite tasty

Staff are the best experience in my stay, super friendly and helpful.

Good place good food with reasonable prices
Pros:

nice and comfortable hotel, the price is reasonable, I stayed 1 day before Nyepi, it was very quiet and dark because it was required to follow the rules, the food was also delicious but unfortunately the portion was not much, thank you to Bagus and Ulfa who helped us and recommended good tourist destination for me to visit with my husband, thank you also to all the staff who provided good service during my stay, recomended hotel
