Very bad hotel and costumer service...very unprofessional

I was travelling with my dog ,,I arrived to front desk and thy asked to pay for the dog 30 eu , that it is unacceptable for very small dog , I contact Booking.com and after that they say 20 euros for the dog , i didn't accepted that and in the final they say 10 euros for the dog , so form 30 euros they come down to 10 euro so basically they try to scam me for 20 euros , staff very unprofessional and very rude. . They try to negotiate like in the vegetable market, Regarding Booking.com im very disappointed because I contact them and they don't care the want just money ..Costumer service doesn't exist..the hotel iti a fraud....

Pros:

Все было прекрасно! Персонал был очень добрый и отзывчивый. Также не смотря на то что мы приехали поздно нам помогли припарковаться и разрешили заплатить за парковку на утро! Завтрак тоже был очень хорошим, были и горячие блюда, сладкая выпечка, йогурты, а также овощи. Номера были чистыми и аккуратными, что очень радовало! Не смотря на не очень богатый район, гостиница была отличной)

Не ми харесва че трябва да си плащам и за паркинг, а представянето на хотела заблуждава че не се плаща допълнително за него.
