πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μπορείς να γυρίσεις το κέντρο με τα πόδια, στα 15 λέπτα με τα πόδια έχει παραλία.

При положение, че имат собствен паркинг ти искат 10 евро на вечер за престой на колата. Заради 10 евро паркинг губят клиенти, които плащат 100 евро за стая. Уникална маркетинговата стратегия. Ако включа цената на паркинга в цената на стаята на никого няма да му направи впечатление. Но заради тази допълнителна такса повече няма да посетя този хотел.
