Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Generally praised for clean rooms and good housekeeping in many reviews, though a few reports mention dirty windows, pigeon droppings on a windowsill and at least one stay with insufficient weekly cleaning.
Service
9.9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (explicit praise for reception staff, e.g., 'Peti'); guests note attentive service and daily trash/ towel changes.
Location
8.6
Mostly convenient and central for lake access, cycling and public transport; a couple of guests noted a longer walk to the town centre and parking can be difficult.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms praised as nicely sized with AC, comfortable bedding and equipped kitchenettes; isolated issues include a very poor sofa bed in one apartment.
Amenities
9.5
Wellness area, multiple saunas, pool and jacuzzi are highlighted as excellent; small issues reported such as non-working jacuzzi jets and one guest missing a Finnish sauna (only infra sauna available).
Value for Money
8
Perceived as good value by many, but some guests felt improvements were needed (cleaning frequency, furniture, breakfast offerings) which lowers perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is often described as good, but there are repeated complaints about a too-small breakfast room, limited variety (missing rolls, items), waiting times and inconsistent egg preparation.
Overall Experience
9.9
Strongly positive overall — many guests recommend the hotel, praising cleanliness, the wellness area and friendly staff, with only occasional operational/food-related negatives.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the hotel’s location in a very quiet area and the guaranteed parking for my car. The spa facilities were excellent, including the steam sauna, dry sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. After a long day, these facilities were perfect for relaxing and recharging. Everything was very well designed and maintained, and I particularly appreciated the opportunity to unwind in such a comfortable and peaceful environment.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.

The bathroom sink was clogged throughout my entire stay. I reported the problem to the staff twice and asked them to fix it, but nothing was done.

The room cleaning was also unsatisfactory. The wooden wall panels and mirrors were dusty, and the room was not cleaned every day. The bed linen was not changed at all during my 10-day stay, and the towels were replaced only two or three times.

These issues significantly affected my overall experience and should be addressed to improve the quality of service for future guests.

Vse O.K., razen opisano!
Pros:

Vse O.K. Posebna pohvala osebju ob rešitvi problema dima in slabega pritiska v prvem apartmaju!

Cons:

Zelo moteč odnos družine iz Poljske! V bazenu in jakuziju tako motili ostale goste, da so zapuščali prostore bazena, jakuzija in savn. V bazenu so skakali, škropili, uničili termometer in vodno masažo, igrali z reševalnim pasom, skakali in škropili v jakuziju, .... Žal nadzora in intervencije ni bilo, starša neodzivna.

Cons:

Jesteśmy zadowoleni i polecamy
Pros:

Miła sympatyczna atmosfera. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Mała ilość miejsc parkingowych w hotelu, możliwość parkowania na miejskim parkingu
