Pros:

It was lovely to be right by the lake, Strbske Pleso.
I traveled with my service dog and the hotel was very accommodating to her.
The hotel staff was very friendly; available to help and answer questions....I've stayed here several times and will definitely be back.

Lokalita, raňajky, večera 2. ďeň

Cons:

Dvere v strede izby do vedľajšej izby, netesniace svetlo, vôbec nie zvuk. Prvú noc "budík" pred polnocou po príchode susedov, druhú noc o polnoci to isté s novými susedmi. Za tie peniaze, takýto štandard...? Navyše nás nikto na to neupozornil.
Prvý deň, chladno na izbe, bez deky....

Pekné prostredie priamo pri Štrbskom plese. Milý a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Izby sú prepojené dvermi cez ktoré počuť hluk z vedľajšej izby. Pri problémoch s hlukom z vedľajšej izby bol personál veľmi ochotný a poskytol nám na prespanie druhú izbu.

Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda, a Csorba tó mellett közvetlenül, nagyon jó volt az étel is, a wellness részleg is jó, csendes helyen van de mégis központi helyen. Gyönyörű volt a havas táj.

Cons:

kb. 28 fok volt a 2. emeleti szobában, végig nyitva volt az ablak, kint -13 fok volt és még így is meleg volt a szobában. Lehet, hogy valami gond volt a fűtés beállítással. Amúgy minden nagyon tetszett.

Pros:

Hotel ma skvelú polohu, hneď pri plese. Izby boli čisté, personal milý a ochotný.
Najviac nás potešili raňajky, kde bol naozaj veľký výber a extremne chutné jedlá.
Po odhlásení sa z hotela nám dovolili nechať si batožinu ešte celý deň v hoteli a bez poplatku, čo bolo veľmi milé.
