Excellent stay, fabulous scenery, also greatly enjoyed the complimentary high tea and the boat ride!!! Manthan Rana was very knowledgeable, full of enthusiasm and even let me drive the boat!!! Thank you to all the friendly staff at the Rhythm Kumarakam!!! Precious memories for us. 🙂

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Kerala and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely presented. Although they could benefit from a little updating, we really liked the cottage-style layout of the hotel. Our room was located right in front of the long swimming pool, which was lovely to have right on our doorstep.

The food was good with a nice variety of choices available.

Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel for its traditional charm and relaxing atmosphere, which made our stay in Kerala feel authentic and enjoyable.

So lovely and supportive when my husband became ill. We hope to come back soon.

We’d rate our stay 3.5/5 if this were possible.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff in particular (especially the Chef) were very happy to help and accommodate a Gluten free dietary requirement. We had lunch and dinner and both were very tasty and flavoursome.

Our room was clean & tidy. It felt a little functional and almost “corporate” but served for its required purpose (a 1 night pit-stop on the way to Alappuzha).

Unfortunately we had an interconnecting room next to ours and because of the really poor sound insulation we could hear the family in that room coughing, snorting and arguing into the wee small hours. Someone also rang the doorbell for their room at 3am, but because of the poor sound proofing it might as well have been the door bell to our room.

Compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Kerala (at the same price point), Rhythm just wasn’t as good. It certainly wasn’t awful, but others have been better.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The electricity went out a couple of times, which left us sitting in the heat and feeling very uncomfortable. It was quite frustrating, especially during the night. Also, they don’t have an in-house bakery, which was inconvenient as we expected fresh snacks or breakfast options on-site. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

Excellent place for staycation

Wonderful resort and amazing

Recently used the spa at this resort and had a 45 minute Marma massage. Athira CR was amazing and applied a great amount of pressure, probably the most deep massage I’ve ever had but enjoyed so much. The hot oil is tooooo good :)

Very comfortable and beautiful location with lovely character. Beautiful architectural details on the cottages Excellent cooking and choices in several local styles as well as Western available. Very long, well maintained swimming pool rimmed with palms, flowers and lake views. Boat rides for guests included.

Had a wonderful, cozy stay! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach restaurants and tourist spots. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, always willing to help with a smile. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The room was neat and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The only minor issue was slightly slow room service during peak hours. Apart from that, everything was great. Would visit again.
