We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We waren heel vroeg. Kregen een app om met de bus naar Luzern te gaan. Schone kamers en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Molto apprezzato il servizio Bus che porta direttamente a Lucerna in 20 minuti ca. , servizio del tutto gratuito offerto dall’ hotel . Ma la Svizzera sappiamo in per viaggi precedenti , che ha una cura e attenzione speciale verso i clienti .
La cura dell’ambiente , delle strade , della pulizia , rimane un fiore all’occhiello del paese Svizzera.
Mi sento sempre molto a mio agio in Svizzera .

Cons:

Ho trovato strano una sorta di cauzione di 200 CHF che la struttura richiede fino a quando non viene verificata la camera al check out.
Questa richiesta è stata una anomalia e non l’ho mai trovata in altre strutture.
