muy arriba, personal ignorante, limpieza regular - pesima relacion precio calidad
Pros:

Barrio tranquila, zona residencial, buena vista tanto hacia montaña como hacia la ciudad. En un dia claro se ve el Illimani.

Cons:

Lejos del centro montearriba, un esfuerzo para llegar a pie. Atencion del personal casi inexistente, no estan a la altura de la tarea. Estuve seis noches, hicieron limpieza una vez. Lo peor fue que escogi este hotel porque supuestamente se podia pagar con tarjeta pero luego resulto imposible y tuve que pagar en efectivo. Inacceptable. Yo soy viajera, otros "huespedes" eran parejas que venian pasar la noche. No recomiendo para familias.

Nunca defrauda, BUENA OPCIÓN
Pros:

El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, ofrece parking gratis muy amplio. El departamento cómodo y limpio, la cocina trae lo necesario para que puedas cocinarte algo rápido, los cuartos son calientes en la noche, tienen estufa, igualmente hay muchas cobijas por si las requieres.

Cons:

El baño se ve algo gastado y el lavamanos tiene partes cubiertas con silicona, después de eso todo perfecto, un lugar interesante. Eso sí, es algo alejado del centro.

Las camas eran cómodas

Es una lista extensa
Las toallas rotas y viejas
No tenía calefacción y lo decía tener
No tenía aseo en los baños horrible, tanto que tuvimos que cambiar de habitación
No tenía agua en baños en la otra habitación
Finalmente tocó dormir allí por la hora

Good value for long stay in quite area
Pros:

The staff is very helpful even don’t speak English. Location is quite and safe but you need to use taxi to go anywhere. It’s convenient for groups and for longer stay

Good and spacious hotel with good breakfast, but the wifi is really bad
Pros:

Hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I arrived very early on a nightbus and I could already check in at 8.30 in the morning. Shower is very good. Breakfast buffet is also good.

Cons:

The wifi is really, really bad, something I would not expect from a 4 star hotel.

Comfortable for short stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable for a short stay. And there was a room heater which helped. The shower had hot water and also a bathtub however I didn’t get to use the tub. The staff were really friendly.

Cons:

It states on the booking that the kitchen had a lot of additional things such as a coffee machine but there was none. Just very basic things and no bowls. The wifi is not good.
