Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön , die Lage perfekt, das Restaurant hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Parkgarage ist schwer zu finden und sehr eng für SUV‘s. Ich empfehle, auf dem Parkplatz wenige Meter neben der Kirche zu parken.

Het was fantastisch!
Pros:

Prachtige ligging in het centrum van Deventer, vriendelijk personeel en een ontzettend lekker ontbijt!

Cons:

Als we dan toch kritisch moeten zijn, de douchekop in onze kamer was wat slap (hing naar beneden) - maar prima om je even lekker onder af te spoelen.

mooie locatie maar aan de service van het personeel mag wel wat verbeteren.,
Pros:

Mooie en schone kamers met een heel goed ontbijt. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was uiterst vriendelijk!!

Cons:

Verder was de service van het overige personeel (receptie, restaurant, terras) erg matig. personeel oogde als onervaren en was weinig service gericht.
De services bij het ontvangst/receptie was heel matig. Ik had een aantal specifieke vragen waar heel laconiek en weinig serieus mee werd omgegaan.

Superschönes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude in der Altstadt von der Hansestadt Deventer. Schöne Einrichtung, freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, super Essen. Einfach perfekt.

We hebben een top verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Prachtig appartement met tuin met zicht op de IJssel prachtplek. Echt geweldig.

Cons:

Badkamer matchte niet met de rest vd locatie. Oud en tie aan vernieuwing.
