Lo que no me gusto que te sacar copia del pasaporte para quedarse con ellos cuando la ley no lo permite gracias a Dios qur yo reclame y me la dieron pero le sacaron copia a la misma copia que habia sacado y me di cuenta y reclame me buscaron la original tambien esno me gusto porque a mi entender cojen documento para ser otra cosa con los datos.

Les photos sur le site web ne reflètent pas l’état des lieux. La chambre à coucher et la piscine manquent d’entretien. Je n’y retournerai pas. Je ne le recommande pas.

The room was clean and a nice temperature and the staff were lovely and helpful.

On the bus route from Santo Domingo and walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

Cons:

There are a few abandoned or unopened properties on the area and it felt uncomfortable walking at night as there were large areas along the street that are very dark.

Terrible customer service and unjust no-show charge

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel El Cortecito. I contacted their guest service team the day before my scheduled check-in to modify my reservation from July 4th to July 3rd. Their own representative advised me to cancel the original booking and make a new reservation instead of processing a modification. I followed those instructions in good faith.
Despite doing exactly what their representative told me to do, the hotel marked my cancelled reservation as a no-show and is now charging me a fee for it. When I reached out to resolve the matter, they claimed they never received a cancellation notification — which is a direct result of their own staff's mishandling of my request.
To make things worse, they have failed to respond to my follow-up communications in a timely manner, leaving me with no resolution and an unjust charge on my account.
I would not recommend this property. Poor communication, unprofessional handling of guest requests, and zero accountability for their own mistakes.Terrible customer service and unjust no-show charge
