Shampoo conditioner soap quality should be updated, i purchased some so I was okay honestly

O quarto nao estava preparado para receber os hóspedes. Falta de itens de higiene, entre outros.

El servicio de limpieza.tuve que pedir varias veces toallas de mano.que me las dieron el último día.tambien falta de agua caliente en los horarios fuera del horario de desayuno.

las habitaciones no tenian agua caliente, tenias que exigir el cambio de toallas y el desayuno pesimo! no volveria a hospedarme aca es preferible pagar algo mas pero con mas comodidad.

The bathroom was not clean enough

No hay servicio a la habitación, durante los cinco días de estadía no hicieron aseo al baño, fue necesario exigir cambio de toallas porque no las cambiaban, el sifón de la ducha no evacuaba el agua y terminaba inundado, la llave del lavamanos completamente desajustada.

Мы приехали в 3 утра , заранее уточнив три раза если всё хорошо и нас примут в такое время но к сожалению по приезду обнаружили спящего сотрудника который проснулся как будто с испуга и держал нас примерно час не мог найти нашу резервацию а какой-то момент вообще сказал что нам нужен другой отель и мы приехали не туда. мы уставшие с дороги расстроенные пока не доказали ему что все оплатили и всё-таки это тот отель он обнаружил свою ошибку , оказалось что лист с нашей резервацией был распечатан прямо перед его лицом но он упорно искал что-то в компьютере и не мог найти и наконец-то привёл нас в комнату пока показывал комнату открыл дверь в туалет и отвалилось ручка, так что решили что лучше дверь туда не закрывать. Также этот работник дал нам знать часы завтрака но к сожалению когда мы пришли на него утром нам сказали что надо было делать резервацию заранее об этом нас не предупредили

The staff were very RUDE and UNprofessional. Only one receptionist at the front desk spoke and understood a little English and he was only there for a few hours in the mornings during our stay at the property. The night time staff only spoke spanish. The hotel was extremely filthy. Stained sheets and drapes, dirty bathroom, dirty pool, dusty furniture. It was nothing like what is being advertised on the website. MISREPRESENTATION!! This was MY worst experience at a HOTEL/PROPERTY ever! I have never written a bad review about a property until my experience at this property. I would not recommend that anyone book this property! AVOID!!!

Se presento un problema en el abastecimiento de agua, pero a las horas le dieron solución.

Problemy ze sprzątaniem pokoju, zdarzało się, ze nie było prądu i wody. Słabe śniadania, właściwie tylko smażone jajka. Daleko do plaży. Głośno od ulicy.

Where do I start...I am so disappointed in my trip, even though it was a significant financial investment for me, and it usually takes a lot for me to sit and write down a bad review.

First of all, the airport transfer was never delivered, regardless of my numerous messages and confirmations. So being alone with a toddler at 1 am without a safe taxi driver was a poor beginning surprise. The hotel doesn't provide the most basic appliances, like a boiler to make tea. I had to ask to check me out so I could move somewhere else before they provided me with an old boiler.
The location is poor, with a huge and loud construction project just in front, so be ready to contemplate a lot of loud, working men from your window.
The breakfast could take an hour to get, just because the person who cooks also serves, and she is very relaxed in life.
Finally, I was charged 100 USD more than expected at check-in (at 2 am without any more explanations), and the personal language barrier and their unwillingness to solve my problem left me with nothing to solve this issue.
Please, avoid if you don't want to stay completely disappointed. Apparently, the tourists expecting basic good service are way too much for this hotel. It is a very uncomfortable feeling to constantly want to move out in the midst of an already short stay.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property at all.

The accommodation does not match what is shown in the Booking photos. The actual condition of the building and the rooms is very different, with clearly poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness.

We arrived late at night and already at reception we had a very bad impression. Once we entered the room, the situation was even worse. There were multiple issues: swollen and worn doors, curtains in poor condition, old and worn grey towels, and very poor cleanliness. There was hair on the floor and in the sink, as well as visible dirt and footprints.

The bathroom was in very bad condition. The sink was clogged from the moment we arrived, with dark stains and in a clearly neglected state. The ceiling showed visible humidity damage, with deteriorated areas and peeling paint.

We reported these problems immediately at reception, but no proper or immediate solution was offered.

The breakfast is very basic and of low quality. In addition, the information is misleading: the description and reviews mention breakfast on a terrace by the sea, but upon arrival we were informed that this belongs to another hotel of the same chain. This is not clearly stated during the booking process.

The experience was so negative that, although we had no alternative that night, we only stayed one night and left the next day.

We have photographs that clearly reflect the real condition of the room and facilities.

In our opinion, this property does not match what is advertised and does not justify the price paid. It would be important for the listing and photos to be reviewed and updated to reflect the actual condition, in order to avoid misleading future guests.

We strongly recommend future travelers to consider other options.
