Staff was super friendly. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Maybe complimentary coffee in lobby around the clock?
One of housekeeping staff was less than impressed when we requested a roll of toilet paper :-(

Very clean, private, lots of parking, breakfast

Cons:

My parents had to take their luggage up the stairs, didnt see a lift anywhere for the second floor.
Also the breakfast was taken away before 10am.

If I get a response from management, I would consider staying again as we have a wedding next June
Pros:

very near Fairfield beach - very near highway which makes other places convenient to reach - Pool is very nice. AC works well. Staff does a nice job except when they get put in an awkward position to have to justify the extra fee. I would encourage management to just build it into their overall rate and not expose to customer.

Cons:

not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue - the cost of the stay was not clearly expressed to me at time of booking - there is something in fine print about extra $10 fee but it should be stated more clearly up front. Room was awkward (handicap accessible) and did not have night stand and enough space to house clothes.

I so appreciated the staff allowing me to check in before the funeral service I was to attend. Very thoughyful

Cons:

My trvelmate and I were both cold from the air conditioning. I called for a blanket and there was only one available. I have it to her as she was more frail thank I am.

Escapade a Fairfield, CT.
Pros:

Très propre et tranquille. Belle piscine.

Cons:

Il y a un frais de 50$ remboursable mais on ne nous avait pas avisé. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt limité par rapport aux autres hôtels que nous avons faits durant ce séjour.
