Cons:

Photos from listing really old. Room and place didn’t look like it at all. There was no soap nor hot water in the room. We also didn’t have toilet paper and had practically beg to have. Room was also dirty, deep clean required.

Réactivité et bonne humeur
Pros:

La reactivité et la bonne humeur du personnel. Nous avons quelques deboires, drap pas tres propre a notre arrivée, puis le coffre fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, et pas d eau chaude. A chaque signalement la reaction a été rapide et efficace.
Le bar a une vue magnifique et la cuisine est bonne.

Cons:

La propreté de la salle d eau.
Je ne connais pas de politique environnementale qui preconise de ne pas utiliser de savon, c est vraiment green washing.

Pros:

Ik kwam aan bij de receptie. De indruk van de receptie is mooi, met een prachtig uitzicht op zee.
Onderweg naar de kamer moest ik echter door een buitengebied met vuilniscontainers.
Eenmaal bij de kamer trof ik kapotte en vieze meubels aan. De gordijnen hingen niet goed, omdat er veel haakjes ontbraken, waardoor ze niet normaal open en dicht konden. Dit was geen prettige ervaring.

Ze hebben mij verplaatst naar een andere kamer, maar ook daar waren de douchegordijnen vies.
Voor de prijs die voor een kamer wordt gevraagd, mogen ze hier meer moeite in steken en beter met de tijd meegaan.

Mijn klacht over deze hotel eens omdat deze hotel heel veel potentie heeft, het is echt jammer hoe het onderhouden wordt

Pros:

.Utilizzato per due notti prima ed una dopo una crociera, prima del rientro. Accoglienza perfetta, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ha accesso diretto sulla spiggia con servizio bar e pasti. Non posso che ringraziare tutti. Sono stato molto bene.

The worst experience I had
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It was a terrible experience. First it wasn’t a room in the hotel. It was a room by it self away from the building. Mosquitos flying around the room. Shower had mold build up. The room smells really bad. Sink was dirty. My wife got bit all over her hands, leg and face. Was told when we check in that breakfast was included. Went to have breakfast and was told we have to pay. It’s not included for that room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

1. I booked the hotel about 1 month before my trip.
2. I called the hotel multiple times before I left in order to set up an airport shuttle. They never answered the phone.
3. My flight was delayed. I emailed the hotel to let them know. I got an automatic replay acknowledging the delay.
4. When I arrived at the airport I took a taxi to the hotel. The address is vague and the driver had a very hard time finding it.
5. We got to the hotel about 1am. The place was dark and the security gate was locked.
6. I called the hotel twice from the street. They did not answer the phone.
7. I had to find another place to stay in the area, at 1am. Very stressful.
8. I called the hotel the next morning. Someone FINALLY answered the phone. They could not speak English.
9. An English-speaking employee picked up the phone, she was rude.
10. I explained what had happened the night before.
11. She hung up on me.
12. I called Booking.com and they did not charge me for my hotel.
13. The person at Booking.com was friendly and helpful.
14. Do not stay at this hotel.

Me gustó mucho que la habitación fuera tan amplia, todos los días pasaban a hacer limpieza, el personal muy amable, el bar muy bonito para pasar la tarde con vista al mar, el servicio de transporte que brinda el hotel muy cumplidos y puntuales.
