Eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und die Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Schon beim Check-in bestand Juan darauf, dass wir bezahlen, bevor wir die Zimmer überhaupt sehen durften.
Die Zimmer hatten kaum etwas mit den Fotos zu tun. Eines hatte seinen Eingang direkt von der Straße aus, das andere befand sich im selben Gebäude und war genauso heruntergekommen. Beide waren abgenutzt, teilweise schmutzig und beschädigt. Eines wirkte wie ein Abstellraum. Sogar das Bett war kaputt und sah aus, als wäre es notdürftig aus Baumaterialien gebaut worden.

In einem Zimmer entstand beim Einschalten des Warmwassers starker Brandgeruch. Außerdem waren elektrische Kabel offen zugänglich. Obwohl angeblich alles in Ordnung war, bekamen wir nach unserer Beschwerde ein besseres Zimmer im Hauptgebäude. Kurz darauf wurde ein anderes Paar in das Zimmer mit dem Brandgeruch geschickt. Auch diese Gäste beschwerten sich am nächsten Morgen.
Wir mussten jedoch die Nacht im anderen heruntergekommenen Zimmer verbringen, das wie ein Abstellraum wirkte und kein warmes Wasser hatte.

Als wir uns beschwerten, reagierte Juan arrogant und herablassend. Statt zu helfen, wollte er mir erklären, wie eine Dusche funktioniert. Ich hatte sogar den Eindruck, er glaubte wegen meiner deutschen Staatsangehörigkeit, ich könnte mich auf Spanisch nicht richtig wehren. Dabei spreche ich fließend Spanisch.
Besonders ärgerlich war seine Aussage, dass wir ohnehin nur eine Nacht bleiben würden und er deshalb nichts machen könne. Als müsste man solche Zustände akzeptieren, nur weil man eine Nacht gebucht hat!

Erst am nächsten Morgen halfen uns zwei freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und organisierten eine funktionierende Dusche sowie einen Late Check-out.
Statt uns vor unserem Rückflug auszuruhen, mussten wir uns ständig mit Beschwerden beschäftigen. Hätten wir den tatsächlichen Zustand der Zimmer gekannt, hätten wir hier niemals gebucht.

Bom custo beneficio fora de resorts
Pros:

Checkin disponível 24h foi essencial porque cheguei tarde à acomodação (22h). O wifi funcionava bem e a agua quente tambem, alem de boa cama.

Cons:

A localização pode ser um pouco ruim ao voltar a pé de lugares à noite.

I really loved the location, as the hotel is right on the beach.

The views from the windows were amazing, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment with ocean views.

Cons:

The terrace furniture was dirty, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned.

There were plastic chairs, a plastic table, and a sofa, but the furniture was very uncomfortable.

There were no cutlery, plates, or glasses in the apartment, even though a kitchen is shown in the photos.
