Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es sin dudas lo mejor, hotel prolijo y agradable.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy limitado, uno entiende que el valor del hospedaje es económico pero es demasiado poco.

The location was amazing, right on the beach

Cons:

Overall we enjoyed our stay but just want to let other travellers know about a few things;
- The staff spoke limited English, although we were able to communicate through google translate
- Our room had no windows
- The paid breakfast only included 2 options (an omelette or Dominican breakfast)
- Our bathroom door didn't shut
- Our safe didn't work
- The surrounding streets are somewhat unsafe for women at night

Right on the ocean
Pros:

Ocean front and perfect location. Front desk staff was polite, caring and helpful. The bartender is sweet and personable this made our stay a lot of fun. We had a great experience with everyone

Cons:

On our third night went downstairs the last hour to eat and drink where I lost a significant amount of pesos. Was seated in the same spot the entire time and the cash was in my back pocket. When we returned to our room, it was gone. We asked staff if anything had been turned in but nothing was reported. Fortunately my husband had some U.S. dollars but was tough to get through the rest of the trip with no pesos since dollars are not really accepted outside of hotels and restaurants

Pros:

La ubicación solo pasando la calle y el bar para encontrar la playa, es sensacional! Recomendadísimo. El personal muy amable tanto del hotel, cocina y bar, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. La preparación de las comidas es buenísima, siempre en su punto. Quizá pueden ofrecer más variedad de desayunos o comidas mas típicas de RD en su menú. La música es variada, no hay muchos vendedores a tu al rededor y los que hay respetan que no quieras comprar. A los alrededores hay varios minimarkets, bodegas, restaurantes, tiendas de cigars, y souvenirs, todo en unas cuadras a la redonda. Para los tours, es un hotel que reconocen y tienen como punto de referencia para que el punto de recogida sea cercano y central. Para pagar por el consumo, te permiten pagar en peso dominicano y/o dólares. GRACIAS!

Cons:

Gracias por la limpieza diaria, facilita mucho la estancia, pero la limpieza de las paredes de la ducha puede mejorar, también la cortina que hace como división de baño, al abrirse se nota que tiene hongos. Por otro lado, la habitación contaba con varias ventanas, pero ninguna se podía abrir, a veces es bueno tener aire fresco dentro ya que el AC a veces hace mucho daño

Cons:

First of all, no one spoke English. Every conversation was done through a translator app, which made it difficult to discuss and argue about the problems. Very time consuming too. Also, the front desk staff were rude. They could care less about the customer. Many times on their first bones and not acknowledged for several minutes.

Booked a two queen bed room guaranteed by credit card but was given a room with a single double bed. They said they had no more rooms to move me to, nor would they give me a reduced price. Said talk to booking.com. Room was on third floor of building across the street.

Toilet would not flush due to broken internal part. Did not find that out run til 11:00pm. They fixed right away. It at 11:30pm.

Hairs on bedding. Had to ask twice and finally trekked down to the front desk for clean bedding.

No hot water, no washcloths, and no hand towels. Hot water issue not fixable. Used translator app for hand towels and washcloths. They ended up bringing two floor towels. at this point, I was done dealing with the front desk staff.

Location and place was rundown. Broken switch plates, broken front door lock frame, curtains could not be used as they had an entirely different hanging system. They were Jerry rigged. Cabinets were screwed shut. Safe was small and not bolted down. Could easily be lifted and carried away.

The staff was nice, Danna at the reception did her best to change the room that we requested sadly we didn't got it, and also the staff at the bar and restaurant where super nice

The rooms are terrible, it was not clean, the bed sheets where dirty and had sand on it, the towels where dirty, the shower had not been cleaned in a lot time

Poca variedad de comidas y no habia de comer disponible todo el dia, instalaciones insuficientes cama dura, aseo regular, no habia shampoo ni jabon en una de las 2 habitaciones el televisor no funcionaba y estaba al reves. Los tragos malos mejor me quedan a mi.

Pros:

La ubicación justo en la playa es excepcional, igualmente positiva es la proximidad a algunos restaurantes y bares y también bastante cerca de la zona más animada por la noche.

Cons:

Durante los cinco días que estuve alojada, no vaciaron la habitación ni una sola vez, ni cambiaron las sábanas. Viajo mucho y es la primera vez que me pasa algo así en un hotel.

Réactivité et bonne humeur
Pros:

La reactivité et la bonne humeur du personnel. Nous avons quelques deboires, drap pas tres propre a notre arrivée, puis le coffre fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, et pas d eau chaude. A chaque signalement la reaction a été rapide et efficace.
Le bar a une vue magnifique et la cuisine est bonne.

Cons:

La propreté de la salle d eau.
Je ne connais pas de politique environnementale qui preconise de ne pas utiliser de savon, c est vraiment green washing.

Cons:

Photos from listing really old. Room and place didn’t look like it at all. There was no soap nor hot water in the room. We also didn’t have toilet paper and had practically beg to have. Room was also dirty, deep clean required.
