Localização boa frente ao mar, quarto confortável

Cons:

Pulseiras de papel muito frágeis que não tem uma boa durabilidade, mas se você tiver um problema com elas precisa pagar 25 dólares, fomos constrangidos por esse motivo, meu marido se danificou porque obviamente e um hotel frente ao mar e papel e água , e nos impediram de entrar, até encontrar no lixo a pulseira e poder fazer a troca, me senti constrangida e não quero voltar

Pros:

Amazing location and hotel for a great price! The hotel is newly built and everything is very clean and the staff were wonderful! I would definitely come back again in the future! 10/10 would recommend to everyone coming to Punta Cana!

La peor estancia de mi vida

Desde que llegamos, se demoraron en atendernos, nos dieron una habitación de un local de al frente, que no tenía agua, la ducha estaba rota, las sabanas con arena, el tv no encendia y no tenían control remoto. Les insistimos por el tema del tv y solo nos decían que los controles estaban desconfigurados y nadie daba solución, supuestamente arreglarian el problema el dia que terminaba nuestro hospedaje. El tema del agua nos engañaban que encendían la bomba y el agua caía apenas. En general el hospedaje es pésimo. No volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar.
