Pros:

The space and the big balcony in the 1 bedroom apartment. All staff were are so friendly and special mention Elvis the poll guard is so helpful and always in good mood.

Cons:

I booked a studio appartment which was advertised with terrace .It had no windows or natural light and the terrace was the public walkway through the complex it was a very bad start to our holiday and stressful as we could not stay there . We had to go to reception and request a different room and was told that we had to upgrade and pay extra 140 Euro for a better room type and then wait to see if one was available.

Did not like original room as stairs I found quite dangerous. Staff very accommodating when we asked to change to lower floor

I had a fantastic time and would recommend the complex due to staff and service providers
Pros:

The entertainment and bar staff were excellent breakfast lunch and evening meals were all served with a smile and the standard of food was very good. The complex was very well maintained and the reception staff were very helpful

Cons:

If i was to be picky. Holiday makers that dragged chairs across tiled floors late into the night and cleaners starting work at 8 am in the morning in short noisy floors and thin walls. The beds could do with better mattrasses.
