Emirates Grand Hotel

The only positive thing about this hotel is the view! Staff are mean hotel is not clean no lotion no toilet paper no bath tub .... All in all bad experience

There were no towels, toilet papers nor teas. I had to ask for them. Asked for them to be brought after I was back in my room as I did not secure my valuables.when I got back to the room there were two dingy towels placed on bed despite me saying not to go into room without me being there. The check in was a disaster, very disorganized and no sense of priority based on who was there waiting first. The room itself was okay, the hallways smell musty and need airing out

Prime location.... Unsanitary rooms and bathroom...

The bathroom was always wet , my partner slipped and fell on the floor hurt his back, the communication with cleaners ask them things keep forgetting to bring asking them everyday for something not enough experience in their line of work , it stayed 24 hour room service they don’t have it anymore I was told a bar there isn’t one false statements bout property , and check in told me I don’t have a room I had tonesitb3 hours for a room , no apologies or refund or any consolation to it not good enough have stayed there before and wasn’t this bad

This is by far the worst hotel. You make a booking 2wks in advance and upon arriving at the hotel the staff say they are fully booked. Why do you accept bookings if you can't hold much of a capacity? Anyone wants to book this hotel be prepared for a rude shock.

Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa

The room had broken furniture, torn curtains, a broken bath/shower and needed complete refurbishment. We arrived at 5am from a night flight so slept for a few hours and then immediately checked out from an 8 day planned stay. We were refused a refund.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location — just 50 meters from the entrance to the Financial Centre metro station. The windows offer a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Everything else is disappointing. Even the view of the Burj Khalifa doesn’t bring much joy, as the windows are very dirty. The furniture is old. The dining table in my room was actually chipped. The kettle was dirty inside — I had to clean it myself.

When I checked into the room, there were no towels or clothes hangers. There is a phone in the room, but no instructions anywhere on how to call reception. I had to go down to reception and ask for towels and hangers. The receptionists promised to bring everything within 15 minutes. However, after an hour, I had to go down again because nothing had arrived. Eventually they brought towels, but instead of two large ones, only one. They promised to bring the second one in 15 minutes, but it never came. The same happened with my requests to have laundry collected and then returned.

On the day of departure, I asked reception to arrange a late checkout until 2:00 PM. The receptionist assured me there would be no problem. However, at 12:30 PM, a different staff member called and insisted I vacate the room immediately.

I had made two separate bookings — the first for two nights, the second for five nights right after. I did this deliberately after reading that many guests were unhappy with the hotel. I am too. And I cancelled the second booking.

Hit or miss ... some rooms feel old some feel new ...its random luck which one u get

Was alright. Found a cockroach in the toilets and whenever I want to open the tap of the shower, water would come out yellow for like 5s

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite a few room for improvements. I can see that the management has really tried to make the service better. Lift was okay, not that long wait. Reception are quick and made me feel welcomed. Naif and Bejay? has also helped me regarding my room request.

The worst of the worst is everything from the front desk to the staff. Everything is old; don't believe the pictures at all. You might end up in a room with nothing except a low-quality bed with a dirty carpet, no phone, no chair, or no table. Pictures as completely fake. I thought I could ask for a refund and go somewhere else, but they refused to refund me anything. I had no choice but to stay in an ugly room. By the way, the WIFI is no good at all.

It is a not bad choice, I picked it randomly. They lack for the management, over crowded for no reason, entrance lobby is tiny compared to number of rooms they have. The hotel desperately needs renovation.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Hotel could do with more attention to detail on finer details. For example on my balcony the wall had been painted but the masking tape was still there. The shower drain was so slow to drain the water it would often flood the bathroom floor. Housekeeping only change bins and sheets but do not mop the floors. I stayed for a week and any issue I had was fixed quickly. More options for breakfast would be great, like more cereals, pastries and fruit

Everything went well but there is small in the washroom 2601 and need to replace bathroom door.
