Very disappointing
Pros:

Location and facilities

Cons:

Ridiculous requirements. Had to present photographic id on arrival. Then had to pay a £100 security deposit despite having paid in advance for the stay.

Found someone’s finger nail on my bed which was disgusting.

Okay just to sleep
Pros:

Great location. Appreciated the parking.

Cons:

It’s very very dated. Stains on carpets. Corners and floor did not look or feel clean at all.

The staff was really nice and friendly.

Cons:

It was a 3ed floor without elevator and the breakfast expensive, we didn’t take it.

Friendly staff, great room, lovely breakfast and a fantastic location. We'll be back!
Pros:

We were upgraded to a ground floor room. This was a lovely surprise and the room was modern and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We were greeted with a lovely welcome on arrival and our cases were carried to our taxi on our departure.

Cons:

A bit disappointed that breakfast is in the sister hotel. We were under the impression, from our last stay, that the kitchen in Sandyford Lodge was being renovated. Breakfast was lovely though.

Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

breakfast was generous but unexceptional, I disliked having to put on coat and shoes to walk round the corner to eat it in the main hotel
