The breakfast
I did not stay. Got to my room and there were bugs.. lots of bugs! Crawling all over the air conditioner, on the microwave and the refrigerator! That’s in the first 30 seconds of walking in! I turned right around and went to get a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one since I used a 3rd party

Location
Wasnt clean. They said breakfast orange but the only thing was a rotten orange and very old bad coffee
Convenient from I-75. Close to a number of restaurants. Room was nice and clean.
Tv reception was not good- we reported it, but no one ever came to help.

No actual breakfast. Fruit and package danish.
The location and the covered walkway was the only things I really liked about it.
The breakfast was snack bars. The sheets had to be changed because they had holes and there was what looked like old food under one of the benches in our room. We decided not to go back on our return home trip.

I like that the check-in process was very smooth, even though they only had one in your own beauty. I was able to call the front desk when I needed something if she picked up on the third ring so she was my first personal contact, but I first walked in, and I had a very great experience with her.
I didn’t like that the room did have a little bit of a older wood smell. It wasn’t the best of smelling rooms tub, or the toilet wasn’t as clean as most hotels normally are and the water. would not get warm. I did call to the front desk and asked if there was something that I could do about the water and I was just told to turn it into the other side and I had to take a cold shower at that night
