Pros:

The place was nice and clean. Not too far from the center of town.

Cons:

The lock on the door was not working. We could not lock the room from the inside.
The AC unit was not working properly. I went in June it was very hot and humid so it was very hot in the room. We were not able to sleep comfortably because it was so hot.

Wonderful location, beautiful location need more attention on basic stuff.

La ubicación y las instalaciones

Cons:

Al ingresar la primera noche tuvimos un contratiempo y llegamos noche, cansados y el encargado del turno nocturno no nos dejaba entrar nos dijo que estaban todas las habitaciones llenas y le mostramos la reserva y aun asi decía que no. Nos tuvo 1 hra esperando y como vio que no nos íbamos a ir "se acordó que había una reserva". Fue un contratiempo desagradable porque estaba en estado inconveniente y tenía su fiesta.

Pros:

The suite was very spacious, huge shower and nice kitchen. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet at night, loved the little balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Short walk into town - could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Hotel très bien placé, très sympa et le personnel était vraiment gentil.

Cons:

La piscine n’était pas chauffée et un peu de mal à régler la température de l’eau dans la salle de bain.
