The cleaner only come only once no extra toilet paper took away. 2 never came back with the 2 towels.0

Pros:

Couldn't have asked for better service. Due to an accident (his fault) with one of our group, we needed some maintenance doing which was sorted quickly on Easter Saturday. The family owners could not have been more helpful. Lovely big apartments well equipped kitchen, great pool. Great service. Location wise is in a quiet zone, but try the fish restaurant across the main road.

Great place, excellent value
Pros:

Spent a lovely relaxed 5 nights at Solgarve. There is nothing I could fault. The apartment was extremely roomy and spotlessly clean with a spacious balcony, fully equipped kitchen, excellent water pressure. Miquel is a character, good humoured and very helpful with local recommendations. The apartment was serviced every day, very friendly staff all round. Location wise, the area is peaceful, few minutes walk to Lidl, the restaurant opposite and local cafe deserve 10/10. There is a free bus 5 minutes away to the town centre and fabulous beaches but easy to walk too as well. Overall this is a great place to stay, friendly atmosphere, excellent value and I would definitely stay again.

I would suggest adding some wine glasses to the well equipped kitchen

Quiet relaxing holiday
Pros:

Lovely staff apartment is clean and has everything you need. Well equipped .. all the staff from Miguel who greeted us on arrival, to his cousin and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

A great family run apartment block.. nothing is to much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and plenty of hot water.

A 20 min walk to the seafront at Quarteira with a good range of bars and restaurants = about 45 min walk to Vilamoura marina.

En résumé, très pratique pour des familles
Pros:

Appartement très confortable et grand pour une famille de 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé.
Lit d'appoint pour bébé prêt, avec petit coussin etc.
Tapis de bain antidérapant, pratique pour bébé pour éviter de glisser dans la baignoire. Quelques fioles pour le gel douche qui dépanne pour les premières douches.
Tout était fourni, draps, serviettes, produit vaisselle etc, une grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la piscine.
Tout était très propre intérieur appartement et extérieur autour de la piscine.
Ménage fait tous les jours.
Places de parking sous les appartements.
Très bon accueil et explications en français par l'hôte Miguel, il a attendu au delà de 20h (21h+) suite à notre demande pour nous accueillir et nous remettre les clés. Et également pouvoir partir le dernier jour jusqu'à midi, ce qui éviter de se presser et on peut dormir plus longtemps surtout pour les enfants.
En résumé, très pratique pour des familles et très bon rapport qualité prix et enfin proche des plages et Lidl etc.
Nous avons apprécié cet hébergement.

Cons:

Si je devais vraiment trouver quelque chose, peut-être les coussins, cela dépend des gouts, mais mettre à disposition des coussins plus moelleux par exemple et surtout plus fins.

Insgesamt schön!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein geräumiges Appartement.
Ruhige Lage am Rande der Stadt.

Cons:

Es hat beim Einzug in die Unterkunft unangenehm nach Reinigungs- bzw. Desinfektionsmitteln gerochen, was durch Lüften dann gemindert werden konnte.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le gérant est très sympathique et serviable. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Le lit dans la chambre est confortable.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde mais c'était malgré tout un peu bruyant, les murs ne sont pas très épais et les fenêtres pas du double vitrage, donc les bruits de la résidence sont assez importants. Le canapé lit pour les enfants grince au moindre mouvement et n'est pas très confortable.

Great stay excellent value..
Pros:

Excellent friendly and helpful staff.
Apartment was spotlessly clean and daily maid service.
Miguel was so welcoming and answered my emails promptly, organising a taxi from the airport and return. Local supermarket and Lidl a walk away. Free Green bus was great for getting around. Sinfonia restaurant near Lidl was excellent. Fish market near stop 24 on green bus route was great for fresh fish. Will stay again.

Très beau lieu, et très confortable, un Lidl est situé à 10 minutes à pied.
Pros:

L’accueil nous a directement réceptionné et nous a accueilli à 11h au lieu de 14h ! Ils nous a expliqué tous ce qu’il avait autour, et parle un petit peu français !

Cons:

Le jour du départ nous avons dû partir à 11h au lieu de 12h !

Quite few days
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at the solgarve. Apartment was clean, appliances appeared new.
Lovely balcony to sit and relax pool view.

Cons:

Only a minor thing but the curtains in the bedroom were very light, room extremely bright early in the morning.
Location a good 15mins walk to the promenade.

Sossego, localização e estacionamento

Cons:

Tubo em aparente bom estado, mas o apartamento está datado e a precisar de remodelação
É surreal não haver um safe lock para poder chegar fora do horário da receção.
