We had a decent, clean room for our one night stay.
Pros:

Good location, the room looked nice and was updated. Great shower!

Cons:

The noise from doors slamming and people going in and out after 9 pm was more than expected. The “breakfast” offering was odd. There’s usually a choice, not a “take it or leave it” kind of thing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and carpet in a pet friendly hotel is not a good choice.

Great breakfast selection, nice and tidy rooms and grounds.

Cons:

Very noisy room, air conditioning unit was very noisy and something in the wall sounded like it was filling up with water all night.

The room was filthy we only booked one night while we were traveling back home and instantly regretted booking with this

The are looks nice. I like the enclosed patio.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. My 4 year old daughter was playing on the floor and found used nicotine pouches on the floor and she was running around with her shoes off in the room for 5 minutes and her feet were black so it’s clear they don’t clean here.

Motel looks kinda small and squeezed into a tight space. But service was excellent. Room was very clean. Maintenance throughout was done
Breakfast was still motel fare, but it was also a notch better then normal
Overall a good experience

Pros:

Oh the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and free of hair and stains. Had everything needed in the room for a nice stay. The T.V. was a bust. The volume only went has high as 10. It couldn't be heard. The courtyard was a delight, you can sit out and relax with a cold beverage in hand. Very relaxing. They offer a table and chairs. Very quiet location even though it was on one of the main roads. Only a few semi parking spots. A few eating places to walk to without crossing the road. You can find more eateries across the road. The breakfast i enjoyed. Biscuits with sausage and egg. Sweet rolls, fruit and juice. Cereal also. Small indoor pool but still nice for a quick dip. Check in was a breeze.

Definitely not the best
Cons:

Dirty sheets and rude staff. Not only that the over charge in extending my stay. It was $110 on the website I was quoted $179 absolutely not
