Probably will not stay again, although I love the location
Pros:

I had a less-than ideal experience on this last stay. I had a standard room, 2 queen beds, great ocean view. BUT...the bed was ridiculously soft and I had a very uncomfortable night. They really need new beds in that unit! The room was quite basic, no fridge or microwave. The stairs leading up to the second floor have old, dirty, musty carpet. I think it's time to rip that old musty carpet out and just have more weather-friendly stairs.

Bait and switch. Far from ocean and NO view right next to the office.
Pros:

Bait and switch. They make it sound like all the rooms have ocean views. They gave us a room with no view of the ocean. What good is a patio with nothing to look out on. Ocean access was a couple blocks away and then you had to climb down 9 sets of steps. If you have mobility issues forget about it. The beds were the worst. Sounded like creaky boards holding both of them together. Not enough towels. The whole place was run down. One of the most expensive rooms we got on the Oregon coast.

Pros:

The balcony view was breathtaking, the three floor to navigate without elevator was not mentioned on the website. The room was supplied with microwave and refrigerator but zero accessories… no knife, no fork, no nothing and one had to navigate the three floors and walk 50 yards to the office to get plastic “silverware”.

Pros:

Wanted to stay in Bandon for a few nights. Our room was an older one, but cozy. Little kitchen area, 2 double beds, big sliding door with a partial ocean view. Pet friendly, quit. Only thing was the TV spectrum service was bad.

Pros:

This place needs some major love. All room walls are in 50-60 year old dark wood paneling.
There are no windows, the front door is a full size patio slider with a sliding curtain. No air conditioning and only a couple of tiny gun slots to bring in fresh air. The bed is a sinking V.

The Continental Breakfast, don’t bother. The coffee looked and likely tasted like motor oil.
My bad, you get what you pay for.

Pros:

The staff and cleanliness were great, but I felt, for the price, the room was sadly lacking in much needed updates. That said, the view is absolutely gorgeous and we will definitely be back to try the Vern Brown addition!

Got a free upgrade due to some roof work to be done on a sunny day for our booked room. Upgraded room was modern, clean, and had a wonderful view off the balcony. We will be back to this wonderful spot.

Stayed in the building right over the beach and the view was jaw dropping. Access to the beach was just down the stairs. My only suggestion would be screens on the window and door to keep the flies out. Didn’t stop us from sleeping with them open, but just saying….
