Very cool hotel that houses a regional costume museum/display along the hallway. Our room was comfortable with lots of blankets for the chilly nights in San Cristobal. We had an issue with our shower and they switched us to a different room right away. Vey conveniently located to the Centro but tucked away in a quiet area.

The facilities were beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English. And provided a great airport shuttle service for a low price There was a small problem with payment of room as their computer did not show that I paid for a night. So I had to pay it again.
This was corrected with in 5 days and my credit card was reversed. Thier prices were very affordable. I was glad I hadn’t paid cash as this was the last night of my 3 day stay. And it would have caused more anxiety to get a credit.
No record of payment. Insisted I pay again or loose services. My credit card company is now involved

No me gusto que me hospedaron en un hotel adjunto, no el que elegí
No me gusto la diferencia de precios por reservación y sin reservación. Resulta que es mas caro reservar que llegar de improviso.. eso no me gusto comúnmente es al contrario, quien no reserva es quien paga mas. el personal no es accesible en este sentido y no es capaz de dar explicación porque esa diferencia de costos. por otro lado las regaderas son muy ruidosas al parecer la de la habitación que tuve estaba dañada. el papel higiénico y el jabón para manos son de mala calidad. Falta la toalla de pies. Los televisores son muuuuy atrasados, el wifi es pésimo y no permite conectarse a la señal para trabajar, ni tampoco con los teléfonos. creo que tiene mucho que mejorar en balance con el costo de la habitación además de que no incluye desayuno
Las habitaciones un poco mas chicas de lo normal, lo que es un poco incomodo es tanto la ubicación como el tamaño del baño, pero en términos generales esta bien el hotel
En general bien. Con respecto al estacionamiento, poco espacio. Me dejaron encajonada y costo mucho trabajo salir.
Como siempre, un establecimiento con todas las medidas de higiene y mas. Todos los servicios que ofrecen son de excelente calidad. Las habitaciones con las comodidades de muy buena calidad y acogedora. Si lo que quieres es escansar, es la mejor opción.
El único tema fue el servicio de TV pero el hotel muy limpio mucho espacio para familia el restaurante super delicioso
