ニューグランドホテルでの 4 泊 5 日はとても快適でした。 商店街も近く、ミュージアムも近くにあったので、楽に利用できました。
スタッフの皆さんも日本語が下手な私のために親切にしてくださってホテルの中の温泉は本当に良かったです。 美しい都市松山にまた行くなら、ニューグランドホテルをまた利用するでしょう。

소박하고 가족적이고 좋았습니다.
너무 친절하셨던 스텝분들 계속 기억날 것 같아요.

바로 길가는 아니었지만 고급 샵들이 있는 백화점 뒤쪽이었고, 스테프가 손으로 직접 그렸던 귀여운 안내 그림들이 생각나네요.

온천이 있어서 너무 좋았구요.

다음번에 혼자 가면 또 찾아가고 싶어요.

Pros:

The Japanese style room is spacious, we enjoy it very much. The onsen is comfortable for not being crowded, with hot and cold one, too. There are car parks which are next to the hotel, one is even a few steps away only, with enough parking space.

Good city hotel with hot spring baths
Pros:

I stayed without breakfast this time and it was a pleasant experience. The hot spring baths are all-night and you don't have to worry about the time. Very good service.
Rooms have a hot water kettle and a fridge. Room clothes and slippers are also provided. It was very user-friendly and convenient.

Pros:

Rooms look a bit old but it does the job. The location is ideal, there is a bath open all night long! Staff is also very helpful, I encountered an issue with one of the washing machine and they fixed it quickly.
